nothing is impossilbe. But there is no easy way to catch and monitor IE
popup.
But you can write your own browser with IE engine, if it's so critical to
you.
Don't worry you are a layman, take your time, you will be a master soon.
This stuff failed on my mother's machine, which was hijacked by 1188.com.
That uses a commandline mode to start IE with a homepage parameter. The bad
thing is that revise the permissions of ie shortcuts, and spread accross
different user accounts. I did not find a easy way to remove all possible .
lnk using MB file in use remove tool.
This is the first and only time MB failed for me.
旧的Internet Explorer坏了，就删了，可是新的IE怎么也装不上，每次安装时，都显

然后公司里面也把Chrome做default的browser了. 想当初IE占了有80%的市场吧,
Firefox也只能占很小一部分, 到了现在IE已经被狗狗干得生活不能自理. 软软实在太
无能了.
There is always an error message whenever I try to serve internet.
IE has encountered an error and needs to close.....
But IE works fine under safe mode.

我用的是windows 2000. My default language in control panel -> regional and
language setting is set to "English (United States)". 我有个LANGUAGE 的问题:
打开IE, 逛逛 www.msn.com, 有些字是encoded,小方块. 于是我点右键,想ENCODING, 选
的是western enropean (windows), 于是我换成 Unicode(UTF-8), 还是小方块. 我还选
了AUTO SELECT, 还是这样.
请大侠们帮我分析分析, 为什么会这样?

After I reinstalled the Chinese win2k system, the IE won't work, while the
network seems good because FTP works. Anybody has any idea about this problem?

My laptop can access wireless network at home.
I can open most of the internet webpage, such as yahoo.com, cnn.com etc.
however, there are three websites that I can't access.
google.com
ebay.com
amazon.com
I know my broadband provider(SBC dsl) doesn't block these sites since I can
access these sites from my desktop computer.
I also checked the IE setting

What spyware/virus can it be? What can I do?

Almost everytime I open IE, it automatically connects to a website, which is
not the homepage I designated in the Internet Options. How can I stop IE doing
that?
