澳洲搖滾樂團Frenzal Rhomb的主唱杰惠利(Jay Whalley)向來吃素，但最近他動了開腦
手術，取出「豬肉絛蟲」(pig tapeworm)！並在臉書(Facebook)亮出手術後令人發毛的
頭部疤痕。為何一個素食者的腦袋會長絛蟲？
這一切要從今年1月說起。杰惠利在1月25日開始視茫茫，更突然兩次癲癇發作，醫生認
為這名40歲的歌手可能長了腦瘤。情人節當天，杰惠利動了開腦手術，「他們(醫生)為
我全身麻醉，在我的頭部切下10公分長的矩形，取出了非法入侵的『異形』(alien)，
再把頭骨放回去，歷時大約3小時。」他在臉書寫道。

結果，杰惠利被告知，取出的1公分長的東西不是腫瘤，而是豬肉絛蟲進了他的大腦！
杰惠利透露他與醫生的對話。
杰惠利：「什麼絛蟲？」
醫生：「豬的。」
杰惠利：「豬！我他Ｘ是吃素的！怎麼會有ＸＸ的豬蠕蟲蛋在我的腦子？」
從杰惠利腦袋取出的「囊腫」，化驗後發現是豬肉絛蟲的蟲卵，因為人體排斥蟲卵，便

就是用几滴血或者血清做的简易快速的elisa test，一般质量性状的疾病诊断很快而且
准确。但是数量性状的有的时候会因为采样或者个体差异有差别的说。但是总得说来，准确率普通临床应用是够了。
所以一般像heartworm test或者lym显示阳性的话，医生有的时候会让再做个传统的实
验室检验确认一下下。
所以，应该参考上面柴鱼的回帖。 |
