谢谢,但是那个icecast server是怎么回事呢,是自己把一台sun station当做server,
还是icecast organization有一个公共的server?
是前者的话,要怎么才能把sun station设置为server呢?

需要安装 ices 0.4 (不是 ices2，忘了，"好像"是 ices2 只能输出 ogg 格式的流），
ices 0.4 需要几个其它的包，特别的，lame 包需要单独下载安装，
(1) 从 http://lame.sourceforge.net/download/download.html 下载 lame3.96.1.tar.gz，
解压(tar xzf lame3.96.1.tar.gz)，编译(configure)并以 root 安装(make, make
install)，
(2) 到 http://www.icecast.org/，从 ices 那个栏目下载 ices-0.4，解压；
运行 configure，如果发现缺什么包，就安装什么
