，基本就是1倍。你看i7 880 vs i7-6700K的benchmark就有个大概idea。
之前我就想到skylake发布会上intel show的那个图。忘了第一代i7都是不带GPU的。
如果用独立显卡的话，倒是不会有太大性能问题。 |

下面是我刚刚做的新的对比测试：
SuperPI（单线程）4M位：
i7-2600 (DELL 990平台)用时：53.196秒； Xeon E5-1630v3(DELL T5810平台)用时：
53.663秒
wPrime (开两个线程) 32M位：
i7-2600 用时：21.006秒； Xeon E5-1630v3用时：23.009秒
似乎i7-2600计算还快一些～～
初步原因：可能DELL在T5810上挂了太多的服务程序，这些程序或许在单线程运行。我
运行Windows Task Manager，发现：T5810的service栏目中，比990的Service栏目多出

举个实测的例子: 台式机i7-6700，满负荷(100%,8线程)跑在3.7GHz，6820HQ是3.2GHz
，6700HQ是3.06GHz
所以同样的计算任务，如果i7-6700需要花32小时，6820HQ就要37小时。但其实对于小
规模计算差别可以忽略。笔记本的主要问题是你要7*24小时计算，那只有几个Mobile
Workstation可以选，不然放家用本上早就挂了 |

6100，没想到居然没有点亮，还以为CPU给烧了。Google才知道老主板不支持Kaby Lake
。后来重新用Skylake升级到最新Bios，再换上i7-7700k就可以了。但感觉没有质的提
升，比i3-6100快不了多少，老了，游戏也打不动了，感觉兴趣全无。跑回MC去退，才
发现CPU退货期是15天，而不是30天，晚了那么几天也没法退了，索性出手算了。主板
全新没有打开过，不过估计Bios也得更新才能上i7-7700k。不折腾了，CPU加主板一共$
320包邮，需要我帮你先升级Bios的说一声，否则我就原样寄出。NJ中部地区可以送货

家里用的8年的双核电脑有时候感觉会有一点慢，就买了一台800刀的Dell XPS座机，i7
cpu，其他配置就不列举了，总体还是不错的，但是用了几天也没感觉有多大速度提高
，开机也得一两分钟，传输文档，打开文档一些office常见的操作也感觉一般速度，和
我的旧机器没觉得有多大差别
我去年买的Asus的i7笔记本也是慢如蜗牛，搞不明白为啥微软系统的玩意越来越不好用
，没用过苹果imac，不知道会不会天上地下的感觉，我记得十几年前双核时代的机器，
运行起来嗖嗖的

MATLAB2009a运行，只占用13％
的CPU。也就是说MATLAB2009a似乎把i7-860当成了一个8核CPU。请问如何才能让它充分
利用整个核（25％）？需要
改环境参数？怎么改？
我暂时的解决之道是在这台Win7机器下开5个MATLAB窗口，跑5个这样的程序（留3个线
程上网灌水看电影……），分别
占用13％ CPU，每个任务的速度降低50%左右。如果这样也凑合。
实验室还有一台MacPro，用的是i7-920的xeon版本，也是4核8线程。运行一个任务速度
比Win7机器快，但是Mac OS
10.5下好像只能开一个MATLAB窗口，CPU占用率也只有13%，请问有什么方法能同时运行
多个MATLAB任务？ |

研究不过来了.....
有经验的硬件专家推荐一个做CFD运算的计算机吧....
主要运行Fluent, OPENFOAM 有时用matlab..
初步打算用linux 64 (ubuntu 64 怎么样),也许会用Windows 7 x64.....
内存8G or 16G....
现在组里有一台i7的dell台式机,速度还可以,至少比我们学校的cluster快一点,但是不
够用,因为好几个人一起用,内存和cpu占用爆满....
想再加一台性能更好的,因为高端的机器我们从来没有比较过,不知道Xeon或者Opteron
会不会比i7快..... |
