I am currently holding 1000 shares of HZNP which I bought at $6.2. I believe
the company and it's products and 07/26 PDUFA catalyst.
Next week is very critical, I will sell them on Thursday if the price goes
up to my target or at least upper 8s. Otherwise, I will hold it and consider
a mid term investment. Also please note that HZNP will have EU approval
decison in August. BTW, I am not dt and don't care about too much daily drop

同一时间筛到的NPSP。虽然最后NPSP也在45块被收购了，但是HZNP的肉我是一口都没有
吃到，包括八月份因为保险而暴跌的时候也没有出手捞 --- 还是因为信心不足啊。
不过，话说回来，这两个都劲爆了，让我很有信心再把这个筛子这个周末再筛一下。

$7 with huge return.
Now all money from ARNA are reinvested in HZNP and ready for the next run-up
to $9 before PDUFA date 07/26.
Do you own DD on the NDA, and double digits increasing sales of new FDA
approval drug DUEXIS, Analyst coverage and current market cap.

We should do complete DD before buy and understand the risk/reward. We
should know what we expect, meanwhile know how to stop loss in case of bad.
Like HZNP, It was suggested big sell off when it was at about $7 due to the
dilution. Should we buy now? My opinion is yes, try to buy at mid/upper 4
and hold for Eu approval news any time in 2H 2012.
For AMRN sell off after insider selling is a great time to load up. Buy and

analyst opinion. It should be 500m market cap Company at least due the it's

oncology area. DD on your own.
Again, don't sell HZNP if you are underwater. I strongly believe it will
approach $9 as close to 07/26. The only risk here is a possible delay on FDA
approval which I think is highly unlikely and the drug will be approved on
time. |

it was approved by > 10 European countries. At least it will be
conditionally approved, eg, update labels. The new drug has very significant
efficacy result and less side effect. |

the future. ER is a good timepoint to see their cash position. I don't think
there will be any good news before or on ER for HZNP, wait for a good
entrance after ER would be a good idea.
BTW, DCTH will announce Earning soon, people are expecting NDA submission
news on/before earning. I think it is also good time to load it. |

. Institutional buying and seems to break out soon.
AMRN for buyout this Month and its drug huge market potential. It is very

No comment about AMRN, which is pure speculation. Anything can happen.
HZNP:
Long: drug is approved and ready for marketing.
Short:
1. company's financial strength, it is better now after another dilution:) 2
. The drug is not very novel because it is a combination of ibuprofen and
famotidine, which patients can buy Over the counter with MUCH cheaper price.
3. no guarantee for insurance coverage due to #2.

他们重新递交了NDA。４月份被FDA CRL了，原因是生产药的厂家检查有问题，不是因为
这个药有问题。１４天内FDA给回复，决定是等２个月或６个月
上次NDA之前几乎涨到了１０，这次应该能批。只要不是涨太多就可以买。
他们这个药已经卖给了SNY，他们收提成。另外一个药是卖给了AZN和HZNP的，也收提成
，今年HZNP的药卖得异常好，所以收入会不错。
这个公司已经不再研究新药了，有赢利的话只管分红了，去年底分了不少钱，今年HZNP
的药销售很好，应该也会分很多 |

too greedy. I didn't expect today's dilution or too late to find it). It
seems there are lots of MIT investors like me are insterested in Biotech
companies facing FDA decisions, it would be nice to form a discussion group
for next picks and exchange ideas when trading these stocks. Please reply to

HZNP: if you believe the approval price should be $9-10, then after 20min
dilution the optimum price should be about 9x33.7/55.7= 5.65 or 10x33.7/55.7
=6.28. So its price could go lower plus short seller.
AMRN: It's price will come back. I think buy-out is most likely in very near
term (after NCE news). Due to huge market potential billion blockbuster and

2，好像没有很得意的觉得很成功的trade，矮子里面拔将军，那就是很多股票不管亏盈
今年都是岿然不动，任凭它过山车怎么凶猛，比如ILMN，SQNM，EXAS等。ILMN上面估计
账面全部赢利若干金灯了，今年四五月份做的波段获利也颇丰。
3，最失败的是NPSP。年初我用一个model最后选出两支股票，HZNP and NPSP，最后我
选了NPSP。第二天HZNP就一飞冲天，然后NPSP一路下滑，至今还亏10%，希望被收购的
传言能实现。
4，
a：要有耐心。不着急追着成交，尤其是initiate position的时候。大不了不建头寸就
是了，机会到处都是。
b：不贪。小概率赢大钱的事情我不做。只要是我不熟悉的，热门股今天狂飙明天翻番
，我自岿然不动；只要是中概，任它今天狂飙明天翻番，我自岿然不动。
c：不惧。任何中长线的持有，争取FA做好，做好计划，如果FA没有变化，任它飞流直
下，我自岿然不动。
d：中长线FA，中短线TA，主要看量价，关键是运气。 |

喋喋不休，你信么？反正我不信，图形好的股票一定是阳多阴少阳长阴短的，这样的股
票做起来是令人放心的。
2、谁笑到最后谁才笑得最好。开盘涨不算涨，收盘涨才是涨。这一点我说过很多次就
不重复了。
3、高抛低吸，先玩不要追涨，即使是知道这个股票随后会大幅度上涨，也一定要等他
短暂的回调才介入，这一点很重要，这就和我们去市场买菜讨价还价一样，购买价格越
低肯定对我们越好。
其实这些都是最基本的操作，但是真正做起来其实并不容易，我个人分析最主要的原因
就是我们的感官容易被股价的波动所感染，不能像一台机器那样工作，很多时候看不得
