自从在23andme上测出我确实有乳糖不耐受的基因以后，我戒了牛奶和酸奶，几乎不放
屁了。
中国人92%都乳糖不耐受！为了空气的纯净，请大家戒掉牛奶和酸奶吧！不要以为酸奶
就没有乳糖了，酸奶的乳糖含量比牛奶还高呢！冰激凌也不行！
butter和cheese含量较小，可以适量吃。

allergy导致的咳嗽也妹可森斯啊。她不是早就说了吗，every time I think about
Trump, I got allergic。反而是创普明知道自己是过敏原，还死皮赖脸的跟人家挤到
一个广场上去 --- 至少是变相谋杀吧。过敏原太靠近，导致allerge，然后就

这个可以用个hydration pack，sac上不时有的。就是如果好的花一下子就卖光了。
按照版主们和高手门的意思，不好买大包，没必要，最大的买到65L就差不多了，再大
就过了。dayhike需要的包，觉得

Somewhere I read that if you feel thirsty, it is already late to hydrate
yourself. So the article suggests you to hydrate yourself all the time.

and low blood sugar may be blamed for after run chills. with the cooling
temperature, i pay little attention to hydration b/c i don't feel thirsty.
also, with pressing time in the morning,i often run w/ an empty-stomach.
both may contribute to the chills.
i will take at least a bar before run and hydrate more ofter and see if
things turn around. |

下来了。 其实在飞机上写了不少，现在事过境迁，也不想贴了。 写些马拉松的经验感
受，希望能给周日跑CIM的同学有一点帮助，也给明年芝马做点广告。
1 Rest and hydration. 赛前几天要保证充足的睡眠。可以跑一些very easy run. 去
expo尽量节省体力，少逛。
2 Hydration. 尽量保证每天水喝足。前一天出门带好water bottle, 随时补充。 比
赛当天带一瓶Gatorade, 出门开始喝，到赛前大概喝完。 比赛中，争取每个水站都抓
一杯，即使只呡一小口。
3 Gel. 我当时带了5个gel. 起跑前吃一个，到8迈不到吃第一个。 以后大概6-7迈一
个。最后一个是在23.5, 唯一一次走了几步，所以记得清楚。
芝马的组织是没得说。 不但每个mile mark都带时间，很大很清楚，而且每个km都有标
记，非常方便。 水站很长，路的两边都有，水和Gaterade用不同的纸杯，清晰明了。

这个应该是hydration pack。貌似没有太多地方放别的东西的。。。可以long run的时
候用来带水。尤其是如果MM比较瘦，挂不住hydration belt的话。
昨天骑车的时候，才看到一个叔叔背着这个跑long run。我当时其实很想冲上去问他跑
了多远了，还准备再跑多远，可是又怕人家告我骚扰，于是就算了。。。
如果是hiking，不建议买，因为你除了水，还要背别的东西的。 |

I raced Ironman Canada in Whistler, BC on July 24th and completed it in 10
hours 48 minutes. The race course is the most beautiful one I’ve ever raced
(or visited) to date! Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and winding
through green lakes and blue rivers/creeks, and cutting through valley
