viability if husks are removed.
Place nuts in a bucket of water to soften and then peel the husks by hand.
After removing husks, rinse nuts in water. Discard nuts that float; nuts
that sink have full kernels and are more likely to germinate.
Walnut seeds require stratification (cold treatment) before they will

我个人的结局就是在现有结局基础上，把无限子弹换成地上有几个弹夹，然后husk数目
*10，其他小怪各10只，大怪5只，再把1代2代大怪做成“改”式重来一遍。最大的鱿鱼
就不要了，银河舰队在忙着保命呢，不可能一而再再而三的玩那种激光制导孙悟空元气
弹，就解释为怕把神堡一起炸坏了不出手就行了。然后把幻影男变身3次一次比一次大
即可（第一次就跟kaileng一样的忍者类型，变身尺寸以不殃及神堡为准）。 然后小屁
孩的出现不是上帝式的，而是普洛仙那种回忆式的，最后半说服半恳求斜坡选绿光或者
蓝光（这里记得把蓝光红光对换）。如果选共生，所有人变成husk（或者其他对应物种
）。选控制接下来就是幻想论，reaper收割完毕然后斜坡醒来地球上就他一个人（最多
带个有繁殖能力的同伴）。选毁灭就保持之前结局，但是记得把斜坡复苏时身上的盔甲
剥掉。

ground to start your own walnut tree. Nuts intended for eating will not
sprout. Contact your local nursery for untreated walnuts for planting. You
can plant with or without the husk still on, though taking the husk off will

用的一种保健品，如果爷爷奶奶感觉全身关节疼，蹲下再起来都费劲，强烈推荐可以试
试这个。在Wal-mart有售，品牌有 Jamieson，Equate，Swiss，，，都不错，有时会打
折，买一送一呢，另外各中西药店都有，加美药厂也有。一般1瓶关节灵的价格是10几
个加币，有300多粒。这个大力推荐一下。听说，多伦多有一个人，在国内是搞医药代
表的，他从这边带关节灵系列的产品回中国，专门卖给国内的一些有钱人，2 瓶卖800
人民币呢，真有经商头脑啊。没办法，国内也是渴求这种保健品，但没有亲戚有心给捎
带，也只有买高价货喽。

发帖数: 402 | 30 现在讲讲饭厅，其实很简单，就刷了墙换了灯。我心目里的饭厅就是淡绿色加水晶灯的
组合，所以义无反顾的做成了这样。绿色是Home Depot买的Corn Husk Green色。
水晶灯是从Amazon买的。这个灯装起来是极其费时间的，108个水晶球要一个一个挂上
去，请的电工索性拒绝安装水晶球，后来LG用了3个小时左右才挂好…不过这个灯真的
好美好美，照片有点照不出来那个感觉。灯原本$327，因为其中一个水晶球和别的高度
不一样，卖家给了$100的refund。
基本上就是这样了，我去喝口水歇一歇，写的好累^__^|||

版不待见craftsman不敢给你推荐，再说他家的品质确实有些参差不齐，要拼人品，但
是价格确实平易近人。
我前面说的那个Husk是V形两缸发动机，对你家那点地是绝对的overkill, 一般要剪两
亩左右或更多可以考虑。 |

組織胺. LZ想必也有經驗了, 結果是一旦復發, 加倍奉還. 醫師的下一招就是用更強的

推薦LZ參考一下兩本中文書, "過敏, 原來可以根治", "吃錯了當然會生病". 作者是自
然醫學醫師陳俊旭, Minutemen libraries有他幾本書, 網站可查到. 這是我自己看過n
個中西醫之後, 真正有實質幫助的.
my 2 cents: 補充Omega-3, Vitamin C(抗發炎), L-Glutamine(初期修復腸細胞), 服
用Probiotic, psyllium husk(排毒), 擦organicVirgin coconut oil(unrefined,
cold pressed), 戒食牛奶麵粉製品和海鮮(慢性過敏原).
我以前是不信這些的, 呵呵.
也許你讀了以後可以找到適合自己情況的方式.
或是許多detox的英文書籍也有相似的論點.
