having a hunched back/shoulders since I was a kid. In trying to fix it, I
would just stand more upright consciously, but this didn't work well for
somebody who sit in front of a computer most of the day. My body would

拖得久的、医疗崩溃的死亡率就要相应的升高。武汉初期从确诊到入院治疗平均时间是
接近10天、加上大量病人自行康复观察不到，所以死亡率高。现在立即可入院、加上解
剖结果指导要洗肺、呼吸机正确使用、未来remdesivir等一系列药物的使用，滚动死亡
率一直在降低且未来可期望持续降低。
现在大家播报的死亡率都是观察死亡率，从0.5%-5%不等。意大利观察死亡率高原因和
湖北类似。
韩国和中国内地除湖北外其他省份死亡率差不多，在0.6%-0.8%之间，因为医疗系统尚
未奔溃，且大量做了测试。少数省份个别病例拖延太久、又是高危人群，死亡率要高，
但缺乏统计学意义：SARS期间有的国家唯一1例病例死掉了，但不能说那个病的死亡率
就是100%。
恐怖的不在死亡率，而在于需要医院治疗的病例比例（包括重症和可能转化为重症的普
通型）。流感需要医院治疗的应该很低，但新冠估计有10%-20%，海量病人进医院之后
，交叉感染、乱做一团、民心动荡、医疗资源匮乏、最后造成死亡率上升才是问题。
