为收入低的人买单的义务。
不论你如何解说healthcare的正义性，不可改变的事实是，必须有人为这项“基本权利
”买单。其实问题的本质不是healthcare究竟是否是“基本人权”，而是谁应该为之一
开支庞大的“公共服务”买单？
共和党和资本主义者认为，healthcare作为稀缺资源，必须也只能通过通过市场机制来
分配，在市场不能有效调节的地方通过慈善和有限的的政府干预来实现，但政府干预永
远都应该是当作“necessary evil”来限制。
人民民主党党徒，社会主义者和共产主义者们认为，应该通过无产阶级专政，通过立法
，强迫富人为穷人买单，从而富人可以清洗自己的“原罪”。
究竟谁应该来买单？其实美国公民们一年半以前已经做出了回答。healthcare reform
不是新鲜货。Obama竞选时就已经以此为卖点，并且当选。所以，不可否认，黑八的一
意孤行是有民意基础的。这正是美国的迷失了共和基础的民主制度日益沦为暴民统治的
可悲之处。

Their names are usually like XXXX Staffing, or XXXX Human Capital, etc. Are
they real recruiters or just some firms trying to get money from you and
employer without doing anything good?
Any idea?
