第一次聚会：欧化广场的一家火锅店。言谈甚欢。聆听了各位老大的教诲。很有启发。
第一家旅馆：El Camino上一家。名字忘了
第一辆车：Dollar租的。Mustang。感觉还不错。以后不差钱了，就买它了。
第一家中餐馆：Cupertino Village上那家卖红烧牛肉面的半亩园。不好吃。很久没去
了。
第一个宿营的地方：Nevada的Black Rock沙漠。好玩儿死了。过两年再去。据朋友说有
个帐篷是Cygwin发起人的。可惜没有看到他本人。

第一条自行车路线：从Tasman靠近Cisco的地方开始，绕这海边那条。10多英里吧。黄

San Francisco舊金山最早由西班牙人建立，快速成長於十九世紀中的淘金熱中，二十
世紀初的大地震曾經對這個城市造成毀滅性的打擊，後來又迅速復甦，是美國西岸最有
文化歷史，被譽為世界最美麗城市之一。Skyline城市地平線是舉世聞名景色。舊金山
也是被認為是最有歐洲風味的美國城市，彷彿與外界隔絕般，在山與海的環抱下，金門
大橋與環美金字塔聳立著，叮噹車行駛在丘陵起伏的地面，維多利亞式房屋和中國城形
成最主要特徵。
矗立在海灣的橘色Golden Gate Bridge金門大橋，背景一面是完全的山，而另一面是高
聳的城市，那樣完美鑲合一起，當從城市內丘陵起伏的地形，往海邊俯衝而下時，忍不
住讓人讚嘆不已。這樣一個美麗的城市，擁有獨特地標建築，半島地形三面環海，海外
又有山，是美國最適合無車自助旅行的幾個城市之一。不過從另一方面來說，市區開車
旅行會有高度困難，找車位有如中彩券般，高額停車費或限時跳表，令人沮喪。大概很
少大都市的英文字母數，比San Francisco更多了，每次看到這個名字，總覺得文字特

不好意思，这个帖子在jobhunting和working版都发过一遍，但是根据我搜索的结果，
关于H1B
的内容最多是在jobhunting，working和各自地区的板块发帖，所以我就这里也发一遍了
天真的我以为抽中了名额就不用担心什么了。跟现在agent的合作除了H1B的申请以外都
是很顺畅的：没有工资拖欠，按时email附上payroll文件，但是关于H1B的事情一直不
顺畅，昨天收到自己fail的消息后就尽可能的收集了很多信息，现在整理如下，希望大
家帮忙分析下。
agent的情况
1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，
都不是商业用地 （不靠谱）
2. 用agent名字去linkedin上搜索了下，跟agent有业务的公司非常有限，就几个公司
，像我这样的合同工多半都在那几个公司。
3. 去myvisajobs查了下，这个agent基本上没有给别人办理H1b的经验，这也解释了为

有人去过howl at the moon不错,一个bar最关键的是乐队和歌手能否把气氛调动起来,

群女生去。几个piano player 都很会调动气氛和flirting，那儿周末晚上每天都至少
两三队过bachelorette party的。一样的piano bar还有Pete`s.在downtown 那个f21的
楼上。不过可能位置不好，那儿人气不太旺。 |

White Pine trailhead to Pfeifferhorn. Round trip ~10 miles, total elevation
gain ~4000 feet.
Saturday: Left trailhead at 3 pm, reach Red Pine Lake ~5, elevation gain
2000 feet. Picked a camp site, unpacked, ate, played around the lake before
sunset. Went to sleep, woken up by scary howling of some animals at midnight
, went back to sleep.

You should do good. SLP is a good spot because it has so much shallow sand
bottom for gigging at any tide level. Be careful driving down there. As long
as the wind isn't howling and you're willing to do some walking, you should
get your limit.
We had a lull between cold fronts where the wind stayed reasonable for some
days of the week. We also had a low tide in the evening, which is IMO, the

发帖数: 1733 | 25 我潜意识中对锻炼一般用effort 来衡量，也许不是很科学，外人也许觉得摸不着头脑
。但用了多少effort自己清清楚楚。同样的重量，同样的时间，作combo， complex和
单一动作的effort完全不一样，所以量化的东西也并不能代表一切。
我原来说70lb kb 相当于100lb db也有这方面的意思。能press70lb kb未必能press起
100lb db, 反之也依然。健身的论坛上你经常也可以看到一些很棒的power lifter开始
做不了很严格的53lb kb mp.当然有人较真我也没办法。
刚刚比划了一下， 如果不在重新训练一下，我可能mp 70lb db都有问题，因为我已经
太习惯kb的natual运行轨迹，对fixed 的平面运动感到非常的别扭。
以warren wang的 muscle mass和纯力量, 只要按functional strength 的方法训练一
段时间，肯定非常可观，何况他又这么年轻和投入。我这辈子是没指望达到他的纯力量
了。

钢人5个线人就很少有能挡住对方4 men rush的.
对笨狗, 虽然进攻吃力但好歹3比0领先, 又轮到钢人进攻, 传给TE David Paulson, 进
入红区, fumble.
对熊, 钢人从牛郎撸来的F. Jones正式变成Fumble Jones. 全队吃屎一样, 各种传到怀
里的球接不住, 在此特别还要表扬88号Sanders, 居然还接住了扔进他怀里一半的球,
简直能和去年的17号美国的那个外接手华莱士比接球能力了.
3场4INT, 2个是扔deep给Sanders, 均被二线日, 毕竟88号速度还是不如美国的那个外
接手华莱士. 2个给Cotchery, 1次是deflected, 1次是pass rush来了前面顶不住于是
就乱扔(这个是他的pick 6主要来源)
不是说7号今年不sucks也不是说他没有大幅度退步, 然而在全队进攻都这么fucking

这些元素单独来看都是很真实的。电影要把这些元素都串起来压缩到90分钟的电影里，
确实显得畸形了。但我还是很喜欢这个电影。抽出来单独看的话，其实并不脑残。The
howl of the wolves,意指球迷的声音，是很真实的现象。球迷要求选四分卫，球迷要
求开除教练。不是每个球队能够抵挡这个压力。老板为了吸引球迷卖球票，经理为了保
住工作，不得不选一些他们并不愿意的球员。
唯一虚构的完全脱离实际的是cap manager Jennifer。哪有这样集智慧与美貌于一体，
还狂热脚球，发指的是还跟gm有一腿。
