Operation Iraqi Freedom, which began in 2003, will end August 31. September
1 marks the beginning of Operation New Dawn. Now that it's over, what did

我贴过一个关于富人,中产和低收入的图,富人在经济好的时候财富增长速度比中产和低
收入的快,这个是不错.但现在经济不好的时候,实际上富人财富减少的速度要比低收入
和中产的快很多. 所以你说的富人didn't pay fair share完全错误.

第一点,你说stimulus占deficit的百分比肯定比伊拉克战争要低.
没有人在跟你argue到底是war expense高还是stimulus expense高.
那个图就是反驳那些人说deficit都是这个war造成的.
第二点, 我前面已经说过了,你当然要看直接成本.因为那个是最直接的. 即使要看其他
的费用,也要看incremental的费用.这个可以理解嘛? 就是有些费用即使没有war也会发
生的,所以要扣除. 我不知道你或者其他人在计算的时候有没有考虑到这个.
第三, 利息问题, 同样的stimulus也有这个问题阿. 你要硬凹的话, 我还可以说有
option的成本呢. 网上有一个article专门讲top 20 ridiculous items stimulus
spent on. 别告诉我花钱在这种事情上比Iraq war还有用.
其实Iraq war在布什离任的时候已经变动很成功.就是疤蟆这个沙比说马上撤. 结果打
了几年,美国一无所获. 而本来美国可以在那里获取很大利益的.
