不是为了买房子,而是为了研究showroom的装修
本来打算看的是lorong chuan的the scala和hougang的the minton
但是the minton的showroom和实际的工地不在一个地方
开车在那边绕来绕去怎么也找不到showroom在那里
一气之下就走人了。所以只看了the scala。
the scala就在新建成的环线地铁站lorong chuan的旁边。
lorong chuan这个地方的房价去年涨了非常非常多
全亏环线和距离不远的即将建成的serangong超大shopping mall -nex
去年其实我研究过lorong chuan一带的房子
就在这个新推出的the scala的对面的一个condo,叫做chiltern park的

[在新加坡找房子的注意事项]
1. 中介及中介费
新加坡绝大多数的房子都是有房产中介代理的。租客是和这些中介联系而非房东。中介
费一般而言是半个月(租期一年)或一个月(租期两年)的租金。
新加坡政府规定中介只能代表房东或是租客其中一方,只能从该方收取中介费。换言之
如果从网上看到中介发布的房源,那么中介默认是代表房东,也就是不需要交中介费。
(如果中介帮你找其他房源了,那么这时中介就代表你了,这时候你就要付中介费了。)
2. 房源类型
新加坡绝大多数的房源分为两类:政府组屋HDB和私人公寓Condo。政府组屋是由新加坡
政府开发的给大众居住的房子(70%的新加坡人都在组屋)。私人公寓是由发地产公
司开发的房子,一般都会配有游泳池,健身房等设施(全部免费),24小时保安。组屋
和公寓都是遍布全新加坡的,私人公寓的租金当然也会比政府组屋高很多。
