not to be elitist but people who cannot afford a house should not be given
the chance to buy a house. this will eventually drive the house prices
down to a reasonable level then more people can afford to buy houese. win-

But I feel annoyed that when I dislike something, the agent will try to
convince me it is good. ( for example, the sink is not in bathroom, instead,
it is in bedroom, that is weird design as common sense, right?).
you are lucky to have a good one, but I don't think I need an agent to tell
me: 房子好在哪，缺点在哪，- those are common sense. except he/she is in
engineering that part I know nothing about. |

就是个烂房子，其实让我去住集体宿舍也行的，多给我点

[1] "STEVENSON HIGH要我说就是个传说，这么大的学校怎么可能搞好， 据说只有最好
的前几个学生才能选择想去的大学， 1000多人， 这个比例和东岸根本就没法比。大学
走向不好， 几个高中毕业生给的奖， 比如说西门子数学奖比起别的高中获奖人数也少
。数学竞赛这几年也不行。这个学校还是白人太多， 虽然白人对孩子教育抓得比较严
， 比起移民还是差一些。
STEVEVSON 给学生分了几级， 没进最好的班的孩子大学走向差， 所以家长有意见，
一直想把这个分级制给取消了， 取消以后就会更差。NEW TRIER高中也是搞分级的"
