发帖数: 4778 | 3 你是不是只提供了大学的letter,没有提供医院的letter? 如果是,可能问题就出在这.
state university 是附属于社区医院的,state university是non-profit,并不代表着
社区医院是non-profit.所以officer的RFE说光有 the affiliation letter 是
insufficient是有道理的.
你不用着急,你说Community hospital 是non-for-profit,所以,从医院再开封信,证明
这所医院是non-profit的就可以了.
另外,同时可以在咨询一下其他有经验的律师.
