easy.
1) syphon all ps fluid out of reservior
2) Disconnect all hoses from reservior and remember the connecting position.
It's better to mark it with marker or tapes
3) Find all screws fixed reserviors and remove all of them after spray some
wd40
4) Install the new reservior
5) Connect all the hoses
6) Fill ps fluid until full and turn steering wheel to remove air in ps
system.
Things need: Enough ps fluid. Extra bolts |

降。以前我都认为是正常挥发，但是有一天我看到地面上在汽车左前轮往里的位置有几
滴油状无味无色液体，就怀疑是汽车漏液。检查五油三水，反复排除，最后怀疑是冷却
液（但是冷却液不应该是油状无味无色）。
把车开到了修车铺，修车老板收了我30元检查费，跟我说要我换radiator和upper hose
，并报价500元。因为漏水轻微，我没同意修。而且让我怀疑的是，我发现upper hose
根本没有任何漏水迹象，所以我怀疑修车铺并没有发现漏水，只是想宰人。
后来我把车反方向倒在停车场，几天后，发现左前轮位置的地上没有一滴液体。这时候
我恍然大悟，我的车边上有棵大树，这棵树经常往下滴油状液体，有可能液体来自树上。
到现在为止，我还是搞不明白我的车究竟漏不漏水，冷却液下降正常不正常。请大家指

crack somewhere.
Do you also have some ignition problem?
Park your car and let engine run at high speed. The hissing sound should
come out if it is true caused from vacuum leaking. Then play around on all
vacuum hoses. Check possible cracks also.

没修下来，有点绝望了但整个车况不错，所有修车的人都说发动机不错，但是这个问题
不知道怎么这么难解决还是我遇到的店不好。
那个CODE上说，4个原因可能引起这个问题，1个有盖子，我已经换了，然后就是HOSE,我做过SOMKE TEST 并且说我的下面的HOSE 漏气，所以也换了，但没过4天灯又亮了，这次CODE是P0456好像也是泄漏，不知道什么原因，然后那个修车店的说是什么solenoid什么BURN，当时说200块给我换，但我没有相信他们，没换。后来到网上查，这个店评价很不好，喜欢把无说成有，不停的让你换然后CHARGE你。所以现在都不知道怎么选择了。 |

bucks, the tools involved is a plier and a screwdriver

if the hose is leaking.
Find out where is leaking first, it is best to replace the leaking part.

2002 nissan sentra over 130K miles
10年的车了，火花塞从来没有换过。刚好也把PCV 阀换了。
pcv valve 很容易找，就在机油盖子的旁边。
把 spring clamp卸了，揪着pcv valve 左右晃晃很容易就下来了。
随即就把新的装上，麻烦来了。pcv valve 管子时间太长了，橡胶老化。
整个管子跟铁的一样硬，根本装不回去了。想霸王硬上弓，一下子把
pcv valve grommet一下子捅到了engine valve cover里面去了。
这下傻了。回家洗了手，上网查了查，local的几家店都没有货。
没有办法之得把engine cover卸下来，反正也得卸，就去买了gasket,
顺便买了一根管子。
为了卸valve cover，就先把spark plug 换了。
先是wire harness, 用螺丝刀压着clip,很容易断开。然后是coil tube,
10mm的bolt. 松spark plug的时候，上了break bar,用的是专门换火花塞的

发帖数: 263 | 24 lz的"大进气管" 应该是节气门(tb)前的进气, 2个sensor应该是MAF和IAT. PVC hose
是PVC系统里曲轴箱到进气, 不带夹子那根, 不存在vac leak. "胶水粘"太猛了, 所以
顺手贴了链接, 是想说"夹子"还是clamp我就不懂了, google吧. 不是说"注意进气歧管
的那根hose".
你担心的不是没有道理, 有可能塞子上全是机油.

前两天去做inspection，dealer说“bad transmssion fluid leak form transmission
cooler hoses, require new cooler with hoses”.
接下来几天车，我发现transmission放在前进（D）或者后退（R）时，好象没有作用了
，就象放在空档一样，感觉变速器脱节了。如果用力踩油门，还可以挂上档。
我check了一下trans fluid的标尺的水平，好象没有很低啊，正常水平。。。不过地上
漏了不少油。。。不知道是什么。
求助！！！！！

说是不如tie rods紧急。
今天一个朋友推荐我去了一个牌子上写着修各类进口车的本地修理店，店不大，只有4
个mechanics。更换inner tie rods报价大致 $370 （包括alignment)。小店经理说
dealer另推荐换的suction hoses和fluid reservoir其实不用管，因为suction hose
leaking什么的很平常，换油时top off就没事了（真是这样？！）但他说rear rotor磨
损，必须换了，报价$450（包括brake pad）.我同意明天一早把车开去这个店换tie
rods 和rear motor. 但说实话，对rear rotor的价位是否合理没个谱。tie rods他还
分了parts和labor价，换rotor就一个总价，都是这样么？

04年的Taurus, 24valve DOHC 3.0L Duratec发动机，从dealer哪里买来开了两万麦到
了100K。之前自己换过前刹车片，自信心过度膨胀，于是想DIY 100K tune up. 因为是
V6发动机，前三个火花塞很好拆，后三个需要拆Upper Intake Manifold，对其难度估
计过低。
按照保养手册上的指示要换的几样东西就是火花塞，PCV(positive crankcase
ventilation) valve，有必要的话可以把Upper Intake Manifold的垫圈也换了。零件
在Rockauto上买的，感觉比Amazon 和 Autozone都要便宜一点，倒是工具前前后后跑了

fuel tank without stopping the engine.
You can also let the engine suck some seafoam in. The easiest way is to
unplug the vacuum booster hose and let the engine suck it in. Then put the
hose back and run your car until the smoke is gone.
I do not add seafoam into the crank case. It may wash away sludge and cause

为从pump到radiator的hose拔不下来，太死了，导致还有一半多的旧fluid在里面，结
果换完就没有了档位，然后我使劲模拟车震效果，车终于从ramp上下来了！继续拨档，
只有reverse了，那个挡都是reverse！怕撞到后面的车（在parking lot）只好熄火。
之前没有买维修手册，只看了youtube，结果问题一大堆，没有理论怎么指导实际？我
当时胡思乱想，认为是filter海绵还没有冲饱和，油（fluid) 路没有通畅，等了10分
钟再试，好了！我内心很强大，认为美国车没有这么烂。
现在问题是我准备车热打铁，再换一遍，这样就能换掉1/2 + 1/2*1/2的old fluid，问
题是：要什么时候才能新旧fluid匀和比较均匀？我已经开了20几mi，似乎不够，网上
没有tranny fluid的循环图，按照拆解的看，在pan的位置，比较mix机会较多？hose很
小，所以如果是类似输油管道的pipe line，那新旧油是很难融合的。 |

质量差不差相对的。德车的问题是去dealership比较贵。否则我觉得如果是自己有时间
和条件的人，买德国车比玩日本车好。
以后有机会可以上个M3或者M5.
不过，买之前做好research就好很多
我买这个有的比较常见的毛病，这个车子都有。例如：
1）power steering reservoir or power steering hose leak。我发现漏得非常非常
慢，我就没有理它。换起来其实不贵，自己动手估计100左右就够换hose和pump了。但
是power steering fluid更便宜，所以我没理
2）ABS sensor问题会trigger P0500的“Service Engine Soon”，要么换一个ABS
sensor($60+)，要么清洗一下($5)，要么rebuid ABS module（$105+)，所以我打算一
个一个来，先清洗和用万用表近距离确定是不是sensor问题。
除了这两个问题其他没啥
其实如果龟毛，这个E39还有其他一些著名的问题，bimmerfest那里ID：bluebee有详细

我可能遇到了两个问题：
1。EGR failure的问题，以前读过code,好像是P0401，这个灯亮了几年了。
我清洗了throttle body---那个EGR failure的等还在。
然后清洗了EGR valve,换了EGR gasket,然后检查了废气管连接，松的地方重新接过。
现在这个EGR的灯没有了，不过还需要时间看看！
2。 低速熄火问题。
换了fuel filter,没用。
换了spark plug和wire,好像这个问题没有了。
昨天还发现那个pcv hose破了个洞，用胶布先封上了，今天准备换那个hose.
－－－－－哈哈哈，还是自己修车省钱啊！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
估计到店里，会被黒死～
