不重，吃的不健康，或是炼的不恨。好象乎衉了重要的一点。健身和肌肉更是由基因与
Hormones决定的。
我觉得同样健身，偏中性的比如皮肤细腻清秀的男生很难build up. 偏黑阳男生长肌肉
容易。比如肌内pick up从容到难。我个人认为是黑人，latino，白人。亚洲人，印度人
。lol。
偏中性的Hormones 难长肌肉。偏男性的容易长。健身的女生炼来炼去也炼成男的了。

trick. But sex hormones, in humans or animals just won't. Besides, sex
hormones may or may not be digested, depending what kind of hormones. But

普通美国食品超市里卖的3到5美金一磅的猪肉基本上生长激素，多巴胺类的激素（瘦肉
精），抗生素，抗真菌药，重金属（主要是镉汞铅）含量都非常高，根本无法在中国作
为食品出售。正是因为使用大量的激素，所以美国猪肉才这么便宜。中国卖的猪肉的养
殖方式，大概跟美国卖的35美金一磅的猪肉类似。中国猪肉大概不超过人民币20圆，美
国猪 肉（同档次）在20－35美金左右。
目前整体蓄业药物用量美国全年的用量是中国的10万倍，不排除中国的较大的规模饲养
