但是古怪的是，今天market 跌了，rebate居然比昨天还差(rate一样，昨天rebate 1500多)。同时在今天上午我告诉对方我可能设置impound后，在agent口中，今天下午的rebate居然就要变成几乎完全没有了（从上午的～800到了下午的about $100）。Based on我过去6个月的观察，rate和stock market几乎同步，今天general market down，我在预期rate变好，rebate增加（别的能看到实时rate的朋友也confirm了这点），但是我的agent却在definitely surprise我。
请教个问题，如何保证loan agent在rebate上be honest with you？他们有内部监督机制么？
大家做business，彼此的信任是打交道的基础。信心缺失就把business的基础给破坏了。
