打算带父母去坐CARNIVAL Cruise，但担心在FLORIDA被禁止登船，因为没有Honduras
和 Belize的签证。电话里CARNIVAL说会这样的。但这个版很多人说“事实上”没人真
查ＣＲＵＩＳＥ ＰＯＲＴＳ的签证。 可是我没看到有人特别提到Honduras 和
Belize （很少人去？）。 我们回美国的签证没问题。

买票的时候为了避开Belize和Honduras Cruise啥的国家，很头疼啊。结果后来买的是
Ｂａｈａｍａ的船票。
现在看起来以后不用瞎担心了。啥cayman 群岛啊啥的都可以买了。。。这样选择就多

我们下个月去加勒比海游轮，因为不确定要不要洪都拉斯签证，还是寄申请旅行签证，
且不说这个国家根本没有英文网页，签证费也是一是一变，而且人极其没有时间观念。
今天打电话给我，说我去游轮不用签证，之后问我什么时候出发，她还以为我这个月27
号出发，就这样人家还说周一也就是27号把护照寄回来给我！我告诉她我下个月出发，
人家又改口说，那你就签证吧，但是30刀不够，要60刀，我说网站上说的是30刀，人家
不管就说是60刀。唉，要不是游轮的钱已经交了，坚决不去这个小屁国家了。 |

我在美国读书，F1，签证过期了；准备定这个月底的cruise，但是发现途径的有两个港
口可能会导致我没法回美国。Belize和 Isla Roatan（虽然是个岛，但是属于Honduras
领土）好像没有在那个carrier_info_guide的“adjacent island”的列表里，可能不
算是加勒比岛国，这样是不是就不能在没有签证的情况下去了啊？
请板上知道的同学告诉一下，多谢了！ |

据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突
出矛盾是，没有人要否认改开导致经济总量增长，只是对这个经济增长的代价巨大感到

美国旅游杂志（National Geographic Traveler）评出本年度全球10大避暑圣地，安省
Muskoka度假村（Muskoka Cottage Country）名列榜首。Muskoka占地2500平方英里，
东为阿冈昆省立公园（Algonquin Provincial Park）；西是乔治湾群岛国家公园（
Georgian Bay Islands National Park ），群山、湖泊、岛屿，村落，构成远离城市
喧嚣的世外桃源。据悉，该地区旅游年收入约4.76亿，占当地全部GDP的57%。
在榜单中排名第二的是阿根廷的Patagonia、美国华盛顿州圣胡安群岛（San Juan
Islands）列第三、明尼苏达 第四、阿拉斯加州Glacier Bay National

所致。正因为如此，当69年九大召开，基层工农兵掌权之后，经济开始恢复性强劲增长
，创下了有记载以来的历史最高值。 下面是两组数据，都来自世界银行。
第一组是1966-1975年的全球106个国家的年均GDP增幅。之所以排除1976年，因为76年
情况特殊，有唐山大地震，有政局更迭。按照这10年的平均GDP增幅，中国排到全球106
个国家的第18位。第二组是，1966-1976年，中国年均GDP增幅仍然居于中上游，在106
个国家里排到31位，远高于平均水平。
