公伤，被抢救回来以后欠了一屁股医疗债，还落下残疾，不能再工作，房子、工
作、家庭、汽车一一失去了，最后流落街头，为争一个橘子打死了另一个流浪汉
。让人唏嘘。万物皆有灵性，流浪汉也有他的喜怒哀乐。只是他们生活在一个我
们不愿意去了解的世界。
小时候看动物世界，记得有一只小狮子，它不像其他手足那样热衷于捕猎杀生的
技巧训练，倒是时常充满灵性地自娱自乐。后来她成了一只温柔的母狮，一次捕
猎中受了伤，前爪骨折，跑不快了，找不到吃的，最后在镜头的注视下死去了。
当时很气愤为什么摄影师不救她，她是那么的可爱。后来懂得了，自然界有自然
界的法则。即使救得一时，她一世的归宿也不外是动物园的铁笼。
我们每天辛苦地工作着，为的就是维持我们温暖的巢穴，对于路边的流浪汉，仅
能提供有限的同情。我们知道他们不可能被帮助。人与动物并没有本质上的区别
，物竞天择，适者生存。那些曾经充满灵性的生命，若是不具备这蝇营狗苟的能
力，结局也总是让人唏嘘。 |

过中饭。他说在homeless shelter里别人把他衣服都偷了， 说homeless shelter is a
horrible place. 他宁愿睡在教堂门口，也不去睡homeless shelter。
你还怀着孕，带着那么小的孩子，还是看看周围有没有朋友能让你住一段时间。或者跟
你老公好好谈谈，到底为啥发那么大的火。

有的时候早上很早上班, 到了公司附近, 看到很多homeless 睡觉起来了. 条件好的有
个破被子盖, 条件不好的就找个有遮蔽的地方找些东西堆身上. 其中不乏带着狗狗的
homeless. 很多时候他们起床了, 狗狗也从被窝里钻出来伸个懒腰, 然后坐在homeless
的身边. 有一次看到一个女homeless, 怀里抱个东西裹的严严实实, 一开始以为是
baby, 走近了发现是一只小pitbull 依偎在她怀里. 还有一次一个人在吃饭, 他的狗狗
端端正正坐在边上等着主人开罐头倒给他吃.
这些狗狗都没有leash, 但是没有乱跑没有乱叫, 一般都跟主人跟的很近, 很多时候和
主人窝在一起.... |

交涉无法达成共识。 那个华人最后把那个房子捐给一个homeless管理机构，作为
homeless shelter。 并且在捐房协议上写进homeless管理机构不能出售那个房子，必

打了911。两个警察来了，他觉得莫明其妙，还在说怎么了，我干错啥了。警察把他推
到车上，摔到地上，两个警察压住他，用了taser,他嘴上一直不服，但是没有打警察，
也没有试图掏枪，警察拿出枪，顶在他胸口打了6枪。两个警察都带着body camera, 但
是号称掉到地上了。幸好有两个旁观者录了像。
警察犯了几个严重错误：既然知道他有枪，警察应该一开始就拿枪瞄准他并命令他举手
走到开阔地带，然后命令他趴下背着手。在他趴下背着手以前，警察不应该和他有物理
接触。
老黑有许多犯罪记录，但是导致警察来抓他这事上他并没有直接犯罪。非法拥枪肯定是
个问题。无论如何，警察直接以行刑式打死他，只能是谋杀。
我不认为算歧视黑人。暴露的问题是警察执法不职业，滥用致命暴力和枪支泛滥。 |

有专门给家暴妇女安排的地方的。去了这些地方，并不是说警察就马上来抓她老公了。
HOMELESS SHELTER的地点都是自己可以去的，但是给家暴妇女安排的地址你在网上是查
不到的，因为施暴者通常是不会轻易放过她们的，为了给这些家暴妇女提供安全的地方
居住，为了防止施暴者track到她们居住的地址，家暴妇女中心是会安排专车来接她们
直接入住的。并不是HOMELESS的人就能去住。必须是受家暴的人才可以。
这个可以打当地的家暴专线，跟HOMELESS还是不一样的。
怎么说呢，因为我想很多人也没有真的经历过可能并不清楚这些情况。家暴已经是一个
长久的问题，西方社会对于各种家暴的情况的处理已经有了一个比较完整的安排。首先

不仅模糊，而且也不知来源的图表，真是有了很大的进步，先表扬一下。:-)
Seattle Times的数据显示在Seattle地区的homeless数量这几年呈上升趋势，但在全国
范围内，homeless的数量却基本上逐年下降，这在Department of Housing and Urban
Development的年度报告上可以看到：

在这个报告的第8页到第11页，有图表显示，从2007年到2015年，“There were 82,550
fewer people homeless on a single night in 2015 than in 2007, a 13 percent
decline.”

大。就好像有人说，美国好，那些homeless得病了没钱医院也给治，而且提供食品住房
给homeless；问题是，有谁去当homeless享受哪些福利了呢。有钱的话，买个好点的保
险，比那些国家给的福利要好得多。加拿大也是挣得不如美国多，但是要交很多税，花
销也大。好像一共个十个人，九个homeless，就你干活，让你交20块的税，然后一人发
一个1块钱的小饼干。你觉得你享受到了福利了吗？ |

其次，吴德胜要有布朗爷的战术水平，禅师的心理调节水平
再次，安胖要有窒息帝的全面攻防能力，尤其防守上，同时要保留投压哨绝杀的能力
再三，小斯要发展出TD巅峰期的背打水平和防守能力
再四，菲尔兹要有稳定小林要有稳定的三分球的能力，现在他的三分球稳定性太差，整
体准头也不行，
要尽量练到有Ray Allen那个样子。
再五，JR要有bowen的防守的能力和下黑手的脸皮
再六，novak除了三分之外各种距离的单打投篮也要练出来，尽量接近司机去年季后赛
的水平为好
再七，想波特，稳定的中投能力，尤其是在两个四十五度的半截篮，要有好的准度和出
手速度。
这样战术就好安排了，基本可以保证年年打进季后赛。

visit there at 6 am and you see how hard for those homeless to get a very
little job. i have been living with homeless people for 3 years and
sometimes work with them. some of them do drugs not all of them. and many college students do drugs. i do no drugs and i am very excellent in konwlege and skills and in all jobs i did, but i am still long-term homeless. |
