搞的，就是不让我们自己重写in house的homegrown程序。去年最后一个季度那个年轻
的白人4级软工找了个便宜的，老板一路游说上去批了替换成这个便宜的。两个白人4级
软工去年就开始用这个便宜的开始重写以前的ETL程序了。
今年初，年老的4级软工不知怎么的获得了特权，开始不用便宜的ETL软件，自己不用便
宜的ETL程序，重写了一部分之前的贵的ETL程序。

offshore的那个阿三是当时我们组出去以后回国的，人还算挺能干的。
当时培训这个便宜的ETL的时候，就遇到bug，提供商也没法解决，当时我就对这个便宜
的ETL没有好感，结果就没跟白人站到一边。。。我想自己写homegrown的程序，老板又
不答应。但是不知道为什么老板就答应老的白人软工自己写homegrown的程序了。这算

有financial audit, operational audit,还有SOx, 还有IT auitor, 每种情况还有每
个公司都不一样. 比方有的很强调SOx, 有的基本不看SOx. 有的比较重视financial
audit, 有的觉得operational audti更重要.
另外, 每个公司的内审部门结构很不一样,有的是全部4大出来的, CPA好几年经验, 有
的就是fresh undergraduate找来, 然后home grown,连CPA和CIA的title都没有. 这二
个结构不同造成内审的focus就不一样了. 比方homegrown对financial audit不太感冒,
认为4大都是BS. 而4大出来的认为homegrown会计审计都不太懂,judgment上面很有问
题. |

华访问的美国学者处获悉，中国研制出了一台具有每秒54.9千万亿次浮点运算(
Petaflops)能力的超级计算机，比美国目前任何一台超级计算机的速度都快一倍。
据悉，中国这台最新的超级计算机名为“天河-2”，配置了3.2万个多核英特尔至
强Ivy Bridge处理器芯片，4.8万个英特尔至强Phi芯片。Phi芯片是基于英特尔MIC（多
集成内核）架构的协处理器。中国政府研发投入为大约2.9亿美元。
根据去年11月发布的超级计算机500强排行榜，美国最快的超级计算机名为“Cray

中国日报网9月29日电（小唐） 据《纽约每日新闻》27日报道称，极端组织“伊斯兰国
”（ISIS）的一名成员宣称，该组织正筹划在纽约发动袭击，而其目标是未来让该组织
旗帜在白宫上空飘荡。
“如果情况允许的话，我们很快就会在纽约发动恐怖袭击。”这名自称法拉赫·希雷顿
的加拿大人通过视频对外界说，“很多兄弟正在那里进行活动。”他还断定美国的武装
分子势必发动一场猛烈的袭击。
他还说：“我还知道很多人——数以千计的人——目前生活在西部，准备好在你们的土
地上行动。”他们的终极目标是看到ISIS的旗帜飘扬在白宫上空。
