特点来作案，对了，就是用non-chase quickpay来收发钱。
你没法reverse他，他可以在发钱后3天内reverse你的。
可以说6i经过大半年的锤炼，骗人手法已经如火纯清，心理学掌握的很好，通过很多细
节，博取你的信任
1） 利用quickpay的误区让你觉得他收quickpay很危险，上来就抱怨说用quickpay不安
全，自己被reverse过，你用chase发钱很安全，你可以reverse，他反而是未受保护的
那个。这样心里造成你的轻视，增加了你对他的信任。我说你干嘛不用boa，他说local
没有boa branch，我用他给的zip一查，还真没有。当时觉得他不是说谎。
2） 为了物理卡几块钱的运费，可以和你讨价还价半天，即便收到钱后还问你要不要加
1-2快改priority shipping.

Furniture board, Plywood board, 或者是Solid wood. Oak, Hickory, Maple,
cherry价格也有差别.
而且里面的设计也很多选择, 多一个格多一点钱, 多一个feature多很多钱.
Granite countertop 最便宜的大概$35/sqft. 但是选择很少, 你如果需要花色好看一点
的, 基本要到$50/sqft.
不过10K 要搞定橱子和台面是可以的, 但是好牌子和全实木就比较难办了. 你可以看看
Diamond core的产品, 是Diamond公司提供的低廉产品, 质量不错, 只是选择的式样少.
去Homdepot看看吧, 不是要在那买, 是在那学习. |

if you are not in hurry, here is the procedure you should do now:
1. mowing your lawn once per week
2. apply turfbuilder fertilizer
3. water the lawn twice per week for 45 minutes each time. if your lawn
under shade most of time, 20 minutues should be enough

1. easy way: homdepot/lowes selling this kind of fertilizer for plants like
in acid soil. Usually these plants are jasimine, magnolia, tangerine, etc.
Only one time I saw the package label stating the fertilizer for plants like
acid soil.
2. cheap way: mix the vinegar with water.I haven't done so, but I heard
people doing quite often. I suggested to mix a little vinegar with large
amount water, and apply little to the plant only once per week and see the
result. |
