谢谢XDJM的鼓励。第一次在网上敲这么多的字，还不熟练 。请原谅我的错别字和词不
达意。 特别是几天前的第一个贴。我的话都还没敲完，不知按错了什么键，贴子已在
网上。好象不是我要表达的主题。让XDJM误会。责任在我。 求神洁净我的文字，不要
因我的言语绊倒别人，也得罪了神。
每周的英文学习照例进行着。几个20出头的女孩子，和Mrs.Holman什么都讲。Mrs.
Holman都认真地听。每次她听到几个女孩子的困难，或疑惑，或欢笑，我感觉她都象母
亲一样去回答。从来没有用我们现在常用的方式--我们向神祷告一下。
Mrs.Holma也拿出一些照片和圣诞卡，說这些都是在她家学习的外国学生妻子寄给她的。
到现在，我也有了母亲的责任，回忆那段时光，Mrs.Holman 面对的几个年轻活泼的，
第一次来到异国他乡，第一次尝试去触摸神的女孩，她放下圣经的面具，只是用母亲的
爱去包围着我们。恰恰最好极大的彰显了神的爱。（反省我刚受洗后，恨不能24小时拿

事。否则你的申请，中国领事馆和大使馆是永远不会批准的。
中国大使馆批准你的申请，向DOS发出NOL,同时给你发批准通知，你必须有美国地址收
信。NOL不是给你本人，是给DOS，你本人拿不到。你拿到的是中文通知书。
DOS收到中国大使馆的NOL后，要发信给你，你必须有美国地址收信，而不是美国以外的
地址。
USCIS要发批准信给你，你必须有美国地址收信，而不是美国以外的地址。
如果中国领事馆，大使馆不批准，你不能豁免。所以你要立即咨询中国领事馆。只要中
国大使馆批准，你离开美国后，有人为你在美国收信就可以。但是你要得到中方批准，
中方审批要4-5个月，而不是２个月。你可以同时向DOS和纽约中心申请，关键是中方。
整个豁免正常过程6-8个月。

一切以他们的说法为准。他们要啥材料，你提供啥。

发帖数: 9035 | 12 豁免一般是需要6-8个月，中方那步，马里兰，华盛顿特区需要2个月，别的州要
3-5个月，取决于你的领事馆分管人员的效率。
DOS， USCIS两个部门都需要７－７０天，因人而异，差别很大。
你直接电话询问领事馆分管你们州的领事，或者问问周围的人，毕竟你们是同一个州的。
网上每个人属于不同的领区，不是同一个人分管的，完全没有可比性。
中方审批有三步
1.NY中心初审
2. 领事馆分管你们州的领事审批，这一步是关键，决定整个中方审批的时间
3. 大使馆豁免负责人高洁审批，发出NOL

再次谢谢XDJM的耐心，也请原谅我没有回帖。我自己都没想到会写这么长。系列都到3
了还离题万里。 在我忐忑行走在这飘渺的网络里，希望也能有兄弟姐妹伸出的手，让
我紧握。
Mrs.Holman把在暮年也要结果子刻在自己心里，神却要她在我心里播撒种子。我翻看着
MRS.Holman送的英文教材，一本圣经，思绪万千。
我记忆的笔是否也正由神掌控着？由不得我？
我自己沉浸在回忆里。被主播下的种子，在时间之外，时空之外，言语之外重被爱的土
壤掩埋。我舒服得都不想生出芽来。我的主啊，求您允我偷一下懒，我手下的文字等一

拉塞尔高中教师霍尔曼(Michael Holman)告诉警方，29日上午约9点07分时，他正
