总是碰到大公司与小公司的抉择问题，
当初我自己想的时候是毕业后大概会先进大公司锻炼两年吧，
不过小公司的工作机会真的来了的时候发现果断地动摇了。
于是现在更偏好小公司了。
想请教一下在小公司工作的缺点。
小公司： Base 80K, Discretionary Bonus, Financial Industry, Location: CT
大公司： Base 100K, Location: CA
都Sponsor H1B 和 GC. 都是Developer.
区别在于小公司是金融方向，团队非常强。
大公司牌子响，但日常工作听说很无趣。
没有Location方面的特别顾虑。
从职业规划考量，小公司更符合条件；
从团队角度考虑，小公司更有诱惑力 （都从工科TOP5学校毕业 多年金融从业经验）
好像现在我自己看到的都是小公司的优点；
希望有同学能泼点冷水。

about the bill
that are not yet clear
Contentious Issues
1) Legalisation of undocumented.
2) Addition of 10000 Visas.
3) The fact that its only for Irish can also be an issue. (Depends on the
strength of Irish lobby)
1 & 2 above are killers and 1+2=DoA
Workaround through amendments
1) No relaxation in E-3 requirments
2) Sharing the E-3 Visa pool with Australians. Currently 2K-3k visas are

commercial passenger flight stop in that airport. Some of the small
airports serve as a stop for small airline.

病房里工作过一个月的。
不错，鼻腔深处以及气管咽喉都有黏膜覆盖。我看你平时就有有挖鼻孔，扣嗓子习惯。
而且挖鼻孔还不是普通的挖，是使劲往深了挖，你喜欢使劲
往里捅，捅过有鼻毛的地方继续捅。光喉咙还不够，得撸胳膊挽袖子往气管里整，到了
气管还不算，得继续往肺泡里弄，你见过肺泡吗？你说的，就类似于: 从鼻子能吃饭吗
？肯定可以，使劲往里塞，铁定能吃到胃里。
空气传播，实际说的是aerosol air borne. CDC目前还没有说ebola是air borne，只是
体液传播。不错，沾着体液的手指，摸到黏膜，例如口腔，眼睛，确实可以传播，但目
前为止，还没有证据说Ebola通过气溶胶传播，这与SARS不同。病毒不是你想象的，随
便就可以hitchhike上空气分子，就能有致病力的。否则生物武器制造就太简单了，前
几年的炭疽邮包就不是那个样子了。
穿Hazmat衣，工作在这种环境里，后勤上需要有准备。首先训练得到位，普通人根本不

那场雪下在我刚工作后的第一个冬天。我那时还开着一辆实习时$1500买来的
十一年‘新’的CAMRY。车子是老些，但除了电池和TIMING BELT以外没给我添
过什么麻烦，只是不敢下雪天开，还好西雅图雪下得不多。
那一场雪现在想来不算什么，但在西雅图就算大的了，我决定不开车而是坐公车上
班。我当时住在城北的大学区，公司在城南，从家去公司没有直通车，要在DOWNTOWN转
车。在家旁边的车站等了很久，不见车来，估计是这边的公车停止运行了，就决定
步行到DOWNTOWN去直接坐第二部车。现在想来也不知道为什么就肯定DOWNTOWN会有
车，可能只是盲目乐观吧。从大学区进城开车要不了十分钟，11路就费点儿劲儿了，
何况又满地的雪 - 好在那时候不用背LAPTOP。
象我一样走路的人不少。大概走到近一半的路，一个美国男孩跟上来，问我要不要
和他一起HITCHHIKE，就是搭车，他说以前这样做过。 我第一个反应是NO，因为马
