照全没看清，前面到红绿灯还有两辆车，路口好像也没摄像头。没有经验，当时也没来
得及找证人。
撞得感觉挺明显的，不过后来下车一看，也只有后面有2个quarter大小的小孔。给警察
打电话，50分钟都没人来。就先回家了。。。
想请问我还应该报警察不，还有应该用保险吗？我是去年买的新车，全保，不过
uninsure的deductible是$250，collision是$1000。保险公司说如果证明是hit and
run，就可以用deductible $250的。
我也不知道要不要报警，警察在这种情况下还能开给我是被hit and run的报告不。即
使报了，这种情况下保险公司会让把bangper都换了吗，还是只让给两个孔涂上漆，如
果只涂漆那走保险不是亏了？如果报告警察是不是一定得报告保险公司，那是不是就会
涨保险？还有以后卖车的话是不是就留记录了？

Part #1 - 现场

1）2012年最后一个周六，downtown天轨下面，one way，我是黄色车道，对方红色车道
，对方所在lane的每一个路口都禁止左转。
2）因为路况熟悉，中间又有桥墩遮挡，事发前一点也没留意隔壁车道的情况。我的速
度25左右，事发一瞬间完全来不及做任何反应，就听一声巨响，车直直的被撞停。
3）现场脑子有点空白，忘记拍照。对方2白人，30多岁，司机女没下车，说“别担心我
们的保险会修好你的车”。副驾男下车看了一下，说“我们不要堵在路口先挪开吧”。
然后上车，开跑了。
4）我追了一段，用手机拍下了对方车牌，但是轮子有点被卡住开不动，只好靠路边停
下报警，此时离事发已有点距离，已没有证人。
5）坑爹的警察1小时才到，做了记录给了案号，我叫了AAA把车先拖回家，打给了保险
公司说了具体情况并给了警察的案号。

场被刮的。附照片，刮的似乎不是很严重，但对方什么也没留就跑了，比较郁闷。
这种情况用不用报警 hit and run？报警的话会不会涨保险？另外会不会在carfax上留
下出事故的纪录？
如果不报警对方会不会反咬一口说我们 hit and run？不过我们的车子刮的是左后方，
我们hit的可能性比较小吧。

随后来给了HIT AND RUN的REPORT。大半个月以后警察寄来一个PHOTO MONTAGE，让我指
认对方司机的模样以起诉CRIME，可惜我没看清对方脸又时隔太久所以没法指认，警察
说他们联系不上对方，所以也无能为力，但是我可以通过保险公司向对方CLAIM。
我的车有COLLISION保险，付了1K的DEDUCTIBLE先修好了自己的车子，维修一共用了14K
。保险公司查到当时对方没有保险，而且一直没法联系上对方但是他们一直在尝试，最
近一次他们说如果再联系不上就只好CLOSE这个案子了。
常看到大家说发生HIT AND RUN记下对方牌照就万事大吉了，如此看来没有证人，没有
看清对方人脸，对方不鸟你，就真的没有办法了？难道真的只能眼看对方逍遥法外？在
我的保险公司努力尝试无果的情况下，如今自己找个律师能讨回公道吗？ |

虽然你闯红灯，你报告警察后最多是ticket。（很有可能不会有，因为不构成证据）
但是，对方是彻头彻尾的hit and run。
本来不是他的错，但是因为他事后没停，所以构成犯罪。这里的hit不论是谁撞了谁，

过停车场的时候被一辆黑色的大SUV倒车,hit & run
地点在：dallas, richardson
我本以为我按了喇叭，他会停下来，结果不仅没有停下来，还一拐，跑了。
无奈当时没反应过来，下车追，拍照号看不清楚。
马上报警，警察2分钟就到。她看了看周围的摄像头，又去旁边的office问问能不能调
录像出来看，可息office管事的不在，门口的小秘无能为力。
幸好倒车速度不快，加上camry的车身宽大结实，也就撞了一个口子出来，没有撕裂，
所以把门打开，敲敲应该不太难弄。
教训：
1。被hit，要马上下来，记对方号码。我当时愣了一下，想对方怎么我按了喇叭还在倒
车。结果错失了近距离记住他的牌照的机会
2。警察的作用有限：有可能她看到我的车只是一个不大的dent，所以觉得问题不大，
没有人身伤害，不重视。
当然后来还是给我了report，但只是作用于给保险公司看看。今天给保险打电话，因为
找不到对方，只能用我的全保，要500的deductible。

在dmv的趴车场，有一辆车，先剐蹭了我的车（我车在右边），后又剐蹭了另外一辆车
（在左边）。然后这辆车就跑了。好多dmv办事的人都看到了，一个好心人还打了911，
等我出来时，一个好心人告诉我有人hit and run了（我还留有这个人的电话）。警察
来了，看看损害不大，就给了case number，记录了2个证人的电话。我的车基本看不出
来，我也就没理会这事，心想美国警察肯定也抓不住这种hit and run的人。
今天收到信后，不确定是hit and ran的人反口诬陷呢，还是另外被蹭车诬陷。请问大
家该怎么办？
我不想给那个保险公司我的保险信息，我倒是想知道是哪个车主在诬陷我，需要我联系
当时的那个警察，还是让我的保险公司处理这个事情？

突然感觉嘭一声车子被狠狠撞了一下，然后发现是一个骑自行车的人飞速的骑过去，是

复杂，车也不少，又有bus专用道，他骑自行车东窜西窜而且不遵守交规骑很有优势，
我要跟上他很难）我降下车窗玻璃冲他喊：stop, you hit my car！结果他根本不理会
，一直想办法逃跑，看甩不掉我，他居然回头冲我骂：fuck off bi*ch！ 我当时火就

2015 filed single, 因为离婚了。

straight, I align the ball center with sweet spot of the club. When I hit

the wall了，中间停了2次，走了几步，最后1麦 pace 9:15.
20麦的时候，我pace10，心跳160-165，最后4麦开始pace9:40，心跳166，还是最后1麦
感觉hit the wall了，中间没有停，但是腿感觉有点摆不动，很累的感觉，最后一卖10

If the opponent hits a midium short slice on me, I would go for a cross-court
approach. Because the ball is short, down-the-line is not easy to hit on a
low-bounced ball. Plus cross-court creates bigger angle, thus hard to hit a
winner return. If the short slice is well in the service line, i always go for
a dropper, although my drop shot sucks!!
BUT, in most cases, short balls are mishit or soft return. They usually bounce
high, and are easy to put away.

The most common decision a player must make during the game is whether to
draw another card to the hand ("hit"), or stop at the current total ("stand"
). The method you use to indicate your decisions to the dealer depend on
which kind of game you are playing.

Hits，也来个Greatest Hits。本来俺想写Roger Waters的Amused to Death或U2的
Achtung Baby的，怕大家眼生。
大家都知道保罗 西蒙 (Paul Simon)，他的搭档Art Garfunkel（主唱）也很牛。其实
Simon不应说西蒙，应该是塞蒙。国内一些人净瞎翻译，像Dire Straits译成恐怖海峡
，我呸。大家说说下面照片中那个是Paul Simon，那个是Art Garfunkel？真的不要以
貌取人，俺当初就搞反了。不过这个Paul Simon长得还真像WSN，不过人牛人不在乎，
故意WS给人看。
最早接触Simon & Garfunkel是刚上大学的时候(俺土，大学才听英文歌曲)，图书馆有
