如果后头被charge年费了再打电话过去ARGUE，那种写着年费，APR,TERMS的表没有收到
可能是因为他们的疏忽。
至于你说的有三种不同的卡，有的有年费有的没有，是根据credit histroy的好坏来发

隔了一天打电话查状态告诉我visa的是in progress，给我hold了十分钟然后回来说
declined了因为之前的那张卡已经批了所以不能申同样的卡。然后查credit histroy发
现被citi pull了两次。
是打电话惹的祸吗？其实我应该继续等的。。。偷鸡不成蚀了米啊。奉劝版上各位假如
不是excellent的credit history还是少用two browser trick，否则第二张一般很难批
，还浪费了一个hard。 |

去年一年开checking 帐户 拿Bonus比较猛，大概总共开了10个新checking帐户，关了
大部分，最近申请了一个小银行，在我这里没有分行，于是网上申请了。赫然被拒。收
到它的信，说它查了Chex的分数，711分，（100-900）。它觉得太低，不给我开。里面
列了两条理由。
3E-Previous Debit Inquiry Histroy
I3-Credit and Chex Inqs may have adversely impacted the score.
所以其实银行账户太多hard inquiry 也不好 |

immigration petition or application for labor certification, 而且在2000年12
月21号人必须在美国， 这样不管之前怎么非法工作，身份过期，交1000块罚款可以免
去。 现在的人都不可能使用这一条了, 只有245k，只对少于180天的violation 有豁免。
但关键就是你老公2001年的140申请有没有效，如果是以你们最近2007年的申请来算，

You are right that I just got to know that my husband should have had his
old submitting date for 9089 on his new PERM, but our lawyer didn't check
Yes when he filed the application for PERM. So on his PERM, surly 2007 is
not eligible for 245i.
We were suggested to file 9089 again and check YES to choose old submitting
date, so he can have 2001 on PERM.

All I can say is for those PD after 7/7 could wait much longer than veterans
simply bc:
1) All veterans are preapproved while newbies do not have such opportunity;
2) It could take months for background check
Which very well means histroy could repeat itself, meaning there could be
waste of visa number once again.
If you want to change that, join the early submission project and see what
you can do. |

出过国吗？
这个List的格式按G325A上的Employment Histroy写就行了，只不过对日期有特定要求
Month／Day／Year。USCIS现在没要Supporting Documents，就没必要提供这些材料。
学校TA／RA应该写，就是Graduate/Undergraduate Teaching Assistant / Research
Assistant。
总之，你现在交的List要和你们以前USCIS交的记录一致。

during the game.

I become the monster chip leader at that time.

奇怪，我拍HNL和OGG的车，开价都到17刀了，居然都被拒，莫名其妙啊！！看了
histroy，似乎从9月开始，租车公司就开始拒人，几乎没什么人拍成功过。$13，$14，
$15的这样被拒非常普遍。
明明8月份关心的时候还有$11刀alamo接标的，那时想想还早，9月再说，结果9月就没
