是seq data， 牵涉到病人的隐私（IRP和HIPAA）. 一般就是直接从TCGA的网站上下载
level-3级别的data，就是已经处理好（当然你必须要再加工，否则很难用），完全没

己的车道，乘客有惊无险，心理上受了惊吓，不过没有身体伤害。
这样的事恐怕天天都在发生，律师不会接这样的案子，因为不值得。 乘客一口恶气要
出，最常见的就是告状，客车公司最可能的处罚就是解雇这个司机。 会不会给你一个
free ride我觉得未必。
可我们看看平时的医疗纠纷，有几个病人会在乎对医生的处罚？ 他们首先想到的是律
师，律师意味着什么？ 我不说也知道。
你换一个位置想想，与人打交道有多么不易？ 你跟你LD肯定甜蜜无比吧？但你能肯定
与LD永远和平共处？ 如果1/3的病人对治疗不满意，个个都找律师，并且个个让你满意
， 这个钱肥了律师，满意了病人，最终是纳税人付账。 这个道理你明白吗？
像纽约时报这样的民主党报什么都要民主自由，过分的宣扬患者的权利，搞这个那个立
法保护患者的权利，你知道一个HIPAA就是为了少数病人的利益给广大医生病人甚至科
研带来了多大的障碍和浪费？
这个世界存在就是合理，美国不公平，世界上还有哪个地方更公平？

1、现任版主bigcat已有快两年没上站了，现在版面长时间无人管理，出现很多问题，
比如：平均几天才有一篇文章；精华区空白；版面基本上都是问病毒和系统故障的内容
，而关于privacy policy（比如HIPAA等）、security的基本知识和技术这些security
的重要理论和应用部分却很少。
2、我认为security应该是一个很不错的一个版面，topic很firm，field也不少，有兴
趣学习讨论的网友肯定也不在少数。因此我愿意申请security版主，希望能使这个版面
早日恢复往日的生机。我做过一点security方面的东西，虽然不多，但也有一点粗浅了
解，并有一定的兴趣。希望通过做好版务工作把爱好security的ID再吸引过来，同时也

1. Much sooner than other doctors, he will have the option of either being
a partner or starting his own clinic or going to a prestigeous
position at a more prestigious facility
2. Whether medicine is reformed or not, demand for his services will not
wane and he can demand price increases if he so wants/needs. So he will
not spent his waking hours worrying about Obama or economics for that matter.
