Indian police say that a 30-year-old American woman has been gang-raped in
the northern state of Himachal Pradesh.
Police said that the woman had been attacked after she accepted a lift by
three men in a truck in Manali, a resort town in the state.
No arrests have been made but police have set up roadblocks and are

’，但是他的这些脏话是从哪里学来的呢？”；另一家则评论，“事情发展至此，真相
已不重要，重要的是如何让类似的乌烟瘴气，不再重演。”
老外驾无牌车撞人，让中国人反思；老外素质低骂脏话，中国人该抱歉；老外横竖不占
理，事情的真相不重要……我这是还活在半殖民地半封建时期的中国？官媒还要帮着外
国老爷来欺负中国人？敢情是外国老爷发你们工资？那要发也发给买办，轮不上你们啊

说到“不学好”，我还想起自己小时候的一个段子。
当年我成绩很糟糕，常年班级倒数。有一次自修课，老师让同学自己预习功课，我

协会最近有个名单，只有名单上合格的学校才有认证资格，才可以在德州做住院医。他
给我的名单上中国无一所医学院校合格。请看附件。按此类推，我们就全部无法申请德
州的program了。请大家核实并求助。

印度万名医生大罢工 已致40名病人死亡
国际在线专稿：据美国有线电视新闻网12月25日报道，印度拉贾斯坦邦（
Rajasthan）大约10000名医生日前为了争取更好的待遇而举行罢工，此次大罢工已进行
了5天，已经有至少40名病人因为得不到及时的治疗而死亡。
报道称，印度政府已将40多名医生停职，另有逾390人因未能履行职责被捕。 这些
医生都来自为穷人治病的公立医院，他们要求获得更高的工资和更好的升职机会。到目
前为止，拉贾斯坦邦政府还没有做出让步，而是安排了373名军医临时负责，另有1000
名医生将于当地时间26日到达。
此外，印度政府还从铁路部门抽调医生，聘请退休医生，并要求一些私立医院提供
帮助。目前一些医院中的急救服务已经恢复。
尽管当地许多民众质疑，医生是否应该参加罢工，而置病人的生命于不顾。但印度
