两周以前，NFL 上演了一场年轻QB 之间的首次对决。一个是从伤病中恢复的当红
小生Matthew Stafford，另一个是全民偶像，第一次首发的Tebow。二人在NFL 是首次
对决，其实在大学中，两人早已是老对手。2006年，两人中学毕业，同作为仅有的三个
五星QB中的两位，Tebow选择了Florida Gators，而来自Texas的Stafford则进入了
Florida的死敌Georgia Bulldogs队中。大学中的对决已成历史，Tebow 二胜一败，拿
了两个全国冠军，一个海斯曼。Stafford最好的成绩只是一个糖碗。 二人的职业之
路才刚刚开始，首战以Stafford的大胜结束。虽说不在一个分区，对战不会很多。但还

chapel hill这边比较hilly一点，相比的话，ATT的trail就非常平了，不过我没去过
durham那部分的ATT，不知道那边怎样。ATT虽然不是太远，但总觉得为了跑步要开个20
多分钟的车去，还一个人跑，有点懒；所以求组织～ :P |

主要玩乐三个地方
1) Pierce Stocking Scenic Dr
在9(lake michigan view)
的地方，好多人从陡峭的沙坡下去，但是上来可要费几倍的力气。
还好天气不热。不错的锻炼
2) Empire bluffs trail, 看日落。比较短的trail .老少咸宜 (1.5 round trip)
3) Sleeping bear point trail. 这个比较难。号称all sand, no shade, hilly
其实主要是前一半比较难，最后就走到林子里了。最高地方。全景看到dunes/lake
不错。全长2.8麦。幼儿老人不宜。
边上有个小船博物馆，和复古铁匠铺，适合学龄小孩。
还有beach可以挖沙子。
公园还是不错。感觉慢慢玩个2-3天都可以的
visitor center (Empire MI)边上有加油站和小商店。
没时间去dune climb的地方。应该容易一些。
还有个drivein theater.也没时间去。

跑步：0.5mile @10mph,加了一些，免得0.3mile让丝竹笑话。
跑步：绕圈，绕了5-10圈。
引体向上：6个
双杠:半个
stretch:无数
俯卧撑：20
饮食：
high carb+西瓜。
顺便回一哥的挑衅贴，ice cream我吃，而且吃很多，估计是400-500卡左右，一般都是
跑步前吃。我算在high carb里面了。 |

15 is highly unpredictable being windy, hilly, and narrow. I drove more
than 200 times between NJ and Boston and left no route unexplored...for ok
mean and low stdev, 87->84 is by far the best
view. |

narrow, plus people are driving like maniacs. :)
Guess I don't quite care about the views as long as the road can get me
somewhere I want to go. It is even better when there is some rest stops. |

and you must get to work when everything else grounds to a halt in
