外争取从f1000要封推荐信， 他们的模板内容还是很不错的。
媒体报道也提供媒体的介绍和流量等等的会有些帮助。 |

显示的效果很好，感觉就像看报纸。pdf的书很容易找到免费资源，我倾向于支持Pdf的
。但是玩的时候发现似乎kindle的新版本不能hightlight PDF的文字（也许行，因为是

还有三个星期，才慌忙把race bike装上了aero bar做了fit。想起来还没有用aero bar
做过centry ride呢，于是在网上找了一个，是上周日的North Carolina Bicycle Blub
Fall Rally ride，我选了100miles distance。
早上九点一声哨响，100miles和70miles上百人第一拨出发。我在第一排先冲了出去
，向前一英里爬了个小坡，往后一看，后面就剩了一个十几人的pack，原来大多数人都
去玩70miles的loop去了。很郁闷地又跑了几英里，在一个路口故意停了一下让这个
pack跑到了前面 - 主要原因是我不认路，要是闷头跑迷路了可不好玩。
原本的打算是跟着这个pack后面mentally pace，可惜pack的速度很不稳定。于是改变
计划：既然跟不了，就去领头吧。路上遇到比较陡的上下坡，我就躲在后面，在比较平
的路上，就冲到前面趴在aero bar上领头，全程我大概用21-24m... 阅读全帖 |

再hightlight一下你的评论，重点就是一对一断球越来越困难了，后腰的成功与否已经
越来越不完全取决于铲断的次数和成功率了。
一个最明显的例子就是马斯切拉诺和布茨克斯。前者的铲断和拦截绝对强于后者，但是
后者作为后腰的作用更为明显。
如果你仔细看了国家德比中部茨克斯的跑位和处理球，你就会明白一个现代后腰的重要
作用是什么。一方面是saadi所说的压缩防守空间，就是通过跑位在前卫和后卫之间增
加拦截，如果跑位合理，会把前卫线与后卫线之间20-30米的距离成功缩小到10-15米。
另外一个作用就是串联，特别像巴萨这样靠短传配合的球队，不辞克斯的出现，让巴萨
中场传球的平均距离大大缩短，要知道传球成功率和传球距离在统计上是成指数级反比
的。
建议楼主以后关注一下布茨克斯这样的后腰，诚然他很少传威胁球，但是他的参与度很
高，也就是说后卫和前卫在传球的时候总是多一个选择，在防守时总是多一个帮手。
类似的后腰可以参考马克莱莱，这个被鸟称为唯一不用他教的人，在一般球迷眼中可能
就是个可有可无的角色，没身高，没速度，没力量。但是鸟心里清楚，他才是球队的脊... 阅读全帖 |
