划未能鼓舞那些抱有疑虑的投资者；股市在盘中几小时内呈走高格局，但随后回吐了涨
幅。
道琼斯工业股票平均价格指数跌2.99点，至13245.45点，跌幅0.02%，结束连续五个交
易日涨势。
标准普尔500指数小幅上涨0.64点，至1428.48点，涨幅0.04%，为连续第六个交易日上
涨。纳斯达克综合指数跌8.49点，至3013.81点，跌幅0.28%。

此后，美联储发布声明称，每月将购买450亿美元国债，并继续购买400亿美元的房屋抵

明年奥巴马一定下台（已两届），因2016年美国四年一度大选，要有新的总统。美国两
大政党（共和党，民主党）的雄心者，当然都跃跃欲试，因为这是机会！
但这次两党有很大不同，共和党是人才济济，参选者多到可选40年以上的总统，因有十
多人要出来竞争。
而民主党方面，除了希拉里（喜莱莉），目前找不到第二人选。好像这位前国务卿如出
点“意外”，共和党就会因没有对手而自然当选似的。一般来说，总统卸任，多是副总
统来选，可是奥巴马的副手拜登，一说话就出错，人气差到如参选会被当笑话的地步。
现国务卿克里（凯瑞），曾选过总统（2004），一败涂地。
麻萨诸塞州民主党联邦女参议员沃伦（Elizabeth Warren）有意要出来，那个比希拉里
、甚至比奥巴马更左，差一点就是共产党、而且有点三八的老太太，只有满脑子社会主
义浆糊的文化人们崇拜，所以只能在知识分子成堆的麻州赢，在全美国，大概还得等到

The problem was the USB devices were not being shut down properly by the lap
top (the lights and motor of the USB devices would remain on after the lapto
p claimed they were safe for removal from the laptop).
I called and Hewlett-Packard said this problem was caused because there was
a problem with the motherboard.
