老婆是乙肝携带者，很可能是岳父传染给她的。
岳父得过肝炎。她不愿意谈乙肝这个话题。
平时我们两个生活没有任何忌讳。
这方面我们以前懂的很少。婚前体检，医生什么也没说。
在一起两三年后，在国内毕业的时候体检，我的化验结果两对半全阴。
出国四年了，没做过继续的检验。
我在学校门诊做的检查。
当天去的时候告知不能验血，但可以打乙肝疫苗。
而且医生建议打。
我就问，打了疫苗岂不是会影响验血结果，医生说没事。
于是就打了一针疫苗。
第二天去抽血化验，中间间隔不到24小时。
现在化验结果出来了，请大家看看。

医院里面弄了两个帐单，一个是Clinical Pathology, 这个好像关于检查的，给报销了
，另一个就是我说的professional service/clinical那个，总共要220，保险只给报销
了27刀 (感觉应该都报了吧？)，一般这部分钱，保险给cover吗？医生就跟我说了两句

(1) Originally from Taiwan and never having been to China, I have lived in
US for a quarter century. I am a biologist by training, however I have not
kept up with cirrhosis for as long as I can remember--because
(a) I have not had cirrhosis; and
(b) I was a carrier of hepatitis B virus, but after sometime, it dissppeared
(my immune system killed it, as happened to most hepatitis B infection).
(2) The medicine in China is very questinable.

苗就是希望能打出hepatitis B surface antibody.你的情况(Hepatitis B core

阴性的。不知道为啥你的医生现在要给你查这个hepatitis core antibody,一般来说这
个抗体至少说明你曾经感染过乙肝。不过从你hepatitis B surface antigen阴性来看
，而且你又打过疫苗，你很可能已经有保护性抗体hepatitis B surface antibody了，
所以你应该没事的，你的宝宝也没事。 |

我这个朋友养了两只猫，快四年了，那个感情就像自己的小孩一样。猫咪也十分懂事，

肝炎，非常ACUTE，不管花多少精力都救不好的，而且提出建议要立即把猫咪KILL掉，
在诊所里安乐死。我朋友什么都不懂，后悔不应该带咪咪来看医生，病没治好，还得被
迫安乐死。她说什么也不让医生动她的猫，后来有个护士说，如果不现在KILL，他们得
马上报给疾病控制中心去，因为这样的病情十分容易传染给人或其它动物。
朋友在电话里说得不是很清楚，大概就是这么回事，总之后来那只猫还是给处理掉了。
唉，我也不知该说啥好。

1. 这个病人未经治疗居然就奇迹般的好了， 根据文献，hsv hepatitis都非常凶险，
没有治疗怎么可能好转？ 激素是暂时性的， 保肝四联在这里没人会买账的。
2. 皮疹是shingle吗？ 一般的医生看一下皮疹就知道， shingle可是巨疼， 诊断很容
易，不需要事后才往上套症状， 所以我打赌不是带状疱疹。
3. 咽炎是HSV吗， 那可是疼的要命的， 我没看出来这个咽炎是HSV。
4. 这个病人先得化脓性咽炎，没好又再得HSV hepatitis， 这不是不可能，但我觉得
实在太别扭了。
4. 唯一支持HSV感染的是HSV抗原和抗体， 可这个发现是原发的还是继发的？ HSV
hepatitis唯一可靠的诊断是liver biopsy， 可惜他们没有。 看看这个：

顺便说帮我看看 Rubeola(风疹)，mumps(腮腺炎). 刚在网上看到test results（医生
还没跟我联系）：
我大概知道hepa B antigen NON reac意思是没有乙肝，那hepa B antibody reactive
是说我乙肝疫苗还有效吗？ 那怎么standard是NON 呢？
Rubeola, Rubella, Mumps 都阳性，标准却是阴性，意味着什么呢? 是小时候得过这两
个病，产生了抗体?
最终来说，基于上述结果，我现在有什么需要去做的吗？多谢

生说多打了没事的啊，你看CDC也是这么说的：

好像说是要注意保护肝脏，就是对肝脏有刺激的尽量少食，比如酒精和辛辣之类的。见
