走私香烟进入纽约市。根据警方资料显示，涉案嫌犯中三名为华人，案件累计偷税3千
400万元。
亨瑞克郡警方所公布的陈秋月（Qiuyue Chen-音译）与41岁的陈富（Fu Chen-音译），

纽约市警方对以华埠巴士与车辆为运输手段的香烟走私案，进行了为期两年的深入调
查，该案件于近日收网并逮捕了包括三名华人在内的四名嫌犯。
根据警长佛西多(Joseph Fucito)介绍，本案主谋于弗吉尼亚州的亨瑞克郡(Henrico
County)经营烟草店面。该地区的税金远远低于纽约，可以用约40美金的价格买到一条
香烟。经过计算后每包香烟价格约为4美金，而在纽约一包香烟的价格则为14美金。
嫌犯通过华埠往返于弗吉尼亚的巴士与轿车，将香烟走私至纽约并销售给零售商，随
后零售商再以低于市场价的价钱卖给吸烟者以牟取暴利。
“嫌犯每周至少运送1万条走私香烟到纽约市，仅此一个供应商便给纽约造成约3千400
