1 比工资高低我默认就是跟业内比啊，不过业内平均这个么...平均数根据定义就是一
半低于这个一半高于这个啊（差不多吧，虽然赶不上median一半一半），如果大家都卡
低于平均一点，那平均就更低了。所以如果有条件，就START WITH 高于平均一些吧。
2 做得好的涨工资是应该的，但是国内大家问工资的风气下，我个人觉得可能不利于实
验室内部团结。如果引入竞争机制，指的是跟国内同行实验室竞争，那么倒是不错，实
验室内部竞争个几百块钱，只能引入矛盾。但是你后面又说你也认为工资是个问题，那
么你这个竞争说的是？
另外研究表明工资对人的激励是有限的，比如竞选阵营很多人都雇很多志愿者，就是因
为他们觉得他们既然不挣钱，那么一定是因为很热爱这个候选人。好吧我不是让你如法
炮制，竞选毕竟一两个月就过去了，而且竞选阵营核心也是高工资。学生博后我认为应
该是实验室核心成员的。
你有钱的话，做的好的放出去开个会，各种workshop，training courses，已经放出去
了的再放出去几次，带配偶出去酒店报销不打折。如果还有钱，再加上报销个周末酒店
