今年是第二次上山打熊，和去年痛苦不堪比，今年跑的相对轻松很多，虽然最后10
mile胃罢工没有进11小时，可是能总结的经验实在有不少。
比赛早上5点开始，我和LD三点多起来赶往起点，例行的赛前洗脑后就开始出发了。第
一个stage只有4 mile，路比较宽，基本就是给大家热身的。我没背水袋，只拿了一个
手持，没太在意就随大部队跑出去了。一上路就发现情况不对，由于下了一个星期雨，
trail已经变成了小溪，不时看到有人滑到，不到3 mile鞋已经全湿了，我暗暗叫苦，
集中精神把头灯调到最亮，抓了个老爷子跟着，小心脚下慢慢跑。
到了第一个aid station天已经放亮了，我丢下头灯和手持，结果LD准备的水袋跑出去
。跑了几步想到还没和LD说谢谢，就又折回来和LD抱抱，她和我早起等会还要做
volunteer很辛苦啊。trail从这开始变single line，人和人之间的距离开始拉开了。
由于去年出去的太猛，以致30 mile以后全线崩溃，所以今年我打算20 mile之前压着跑

其实跑完了以后总结有好些需要改进的地方。
1. 训练。因为心肺短板，又加上是高原，往往坡度稍微大一点就走了。下次得多跑跑。
这次女子第一名才9:30，那得跑多快啊？还是50岁大妈。
2. Taper有些不够。这次因为和一个朋友练举重，一直到最后一周都还在练，虽然基
本只是上半身了，大概还是有些影响。一直到最后几天都还觉得没怎么恢复好。
3. Ultra中的Nutrition还需要再多摸索。我不知是吃多了还是吃杂了，肚子胀气很
厉害。总是担心吃得不够。结果发现到最后几迈没吃东西了才又能跑起来。另外不知道
HEED和Perpetuem一起用是不是有化学反应？
4. 跑完了还是有些遗憾，第二圈应该还可以多Push一点。不过也好，下次要是再跑这
个Course的话还可以PR。：）
好心的朋友们常常劝我悠着点，毕竟快50的人了。这次和一个69岁跑了50K的大妈聊了
一会儿。她一个人从South Carolina开车过来比赛。有她做榜样的话，我至少还可以跑
20年，或者40年。 |

再aggressive只能换handle bar了...
我座椅的确拉的比较后，不过再往前拉，感觉腰弓得太厉害，怕受不了，
另外我现在大腿最高点其实已经能打到肚子了，算是趴得比较厉害了,最多就是
坐的时候再往前坐就好了,看了看Chrissie的，她比我矮点，车码都是51，
貌似position差不多:
关于补给，俺倒是不太担心，毕竟玩过ultra的，5小时比赛算sprint了 lol
半铁暂时不打算装车后架了，目前想法骑车就用液体能量，前面一壶，车架一壶，
估计一共>50oz, 路上最多抓几个矿泉水，refill车前壶就够了..
也许tri top后面的兜里放几个GEL备用,跑步就吃GEL，用fuel belt, 和跑马一样..
大概就是这样，目前考虑，估计会用hammer heed+盐片..
