exited its position (17% of outstanding shares) last month, the news came
out today that a fund called Hayman Capital taking a large position. Now
hedge funds as far as reported in the news are Soros Fund (9%), Hayman(5%),
and Glenview(9%). Glenview not only has long position in JCP common stocks,
it also holds secured loans and credit default swap. Rarely you see so many
funds line up for a turnaround story. |
