今天在家读了一本书《Two Kisses for Maddy》，昨天在b&n看到这本新上市的书，看
完synopsis以后决定买了。最近我比较喜欢读memoir，因为真人真事总是有其真实性，
这本书很感人也比较伤感，但是结尾很好。现实生活是残酷无情的，我们迎接现实的方
法就是学会如何去处理它，看这本书的同时我还在读一本romantic fiction，相比之下
简直就是平淡无味儿，放弃！有空大家读读memoir吧。

在《清净道论》里提到，心所依处是位于心脏里的血。在这里我们要注意的是，在阿毗
达摩里说到的意识活动跟医学所说的不同。现代医学说我们平常是用大脑来思维。但是
根据阿毗达摩，心识的依处是在心脏，不是在大脑。不过也很有趣，中国古代哲学也把
意识说成心，也是在这边（心脏）；印度古代的宗教、哲学也是这么样，把意识说成心
。就连西方古代文化也是这样，例如英语说到heartache(伤心), heartbreak(心碎),
kind heart(好心),learn it by heart(铭记于心)等等。这到底是怎么回事呢？如果拥
有禅那之后，就可以来比较、证实。我们可以对大脑修四界，见到色聚之后，再辨识依
大脑能够生起什么的心？结果我们会发现到，大脑作为一种依处，只有一种心识能够生
起，那就是身识。然后我们再在心脏这个地方辨识心所依处色，将会发现其它的意识都
是依此而生起的。
也许我们借助一般的知识来解释可能会更好理解一点。我在去年正好看到一篇报导，这
篇报导讲到在美国有个人做了心脏移植手术之后，性格完全变了，爱好也变了，甚至能
