望后来者看到，吸取教训。
穷学生一个，看看有没有什么办法能够省点fine，因为看了video,铁证如山，我当时刹
车灯亮了，手动挡空挡滑行减速，但是的确没有full stop就拐了。
1.搬家导致第一张notice没收到,$117；
2.今天旧地址的朋友告诉有信，我取过来发现同时有第二张notice,说我no response,
加罚$35，一共$152；并且错过了request hearing 的deadline
请问：
0.初犯有没有可能申请全免罚金？以前有过因初犯向银行申请免除过overdraft fee（
刚email问过，估计得明天才能回）
如没有可能
1.虽然错过了hearing的deadline，有没有机会争取免掉$35 late fine？
2.从video看，翻案看是不可能了；怎么样能尽可能争取从$117上降低罚金？
3.可能重新request hearing吗？考古上说hearing能减到$89。但现在已经错过了
request hearing的deadline。

好我都会开80左右..但再高只会在超车的小瞬间, 不会长期高速)
速度跟着一辆大车(SUV, 他也是80左右), 因为我驾龄也不够, 车子低, 所以跟稍大的
车我都会想pass. 不然视野不好, 心里不secure.
而我的习惯是尽量在最短时间内完成passing, 因为我觉得快点完成危险低(请指教下这
个好不好)

察死磕，十有十一你要输，那时候就是罚款+计点+涨保险。现在人家给你个台阶下，你
就顺顺当当下来得啦，以后注意点儿，毕竟你的这个记录还在那儿。
办公室区域走出来，说“只要你坚持reduction, you will be fine."hearing时，
judge说你是不是关心points and insurance,我给你reduce到65开70，不会影响points
and insurance，似乎两人商量好了。我的申辩中有1. slope, 2. 当天警察说我后面
的灯坏了，其实没坏，3。第一次speeding ticket, 并附了照片，hearing前寄给了
judge, 因为警察hearing前的”警告，“ hearing时没提第2点， judge 也没回答我的
问题”你接到了我的信和照片吗？“
疑惑：1。police and judge是不是事先商量了的？police为什么进judge的办公区域？
不是两者分开吗？
