labor day还不知道有啥sale呢，不过，我基本上都屯齐全了。上周去sportchalet买了
headband（如花上次在他帖子里提到的，visor，cap和headband），RW上随便都要12刀
，local店里，网球区才买6刀一条。我有visor和帽子，从来没试过headband，于是入
手2条，不错，这样在gym跑的时候不用傻乎乎的带遮太阳的帽子了。

了2条，4刀out of pocket，要我13刀去买2条，我还是会很犹豫的。这东西我觉得，1
，2刀差不多了。UA的headband不是想全棉的那种吸汗，而是moisture wick主动排汗，
我慢跑衣服裤子都湿透了，那个headband也不过是有点潮，没有吸汗吸到沉甸甸的，或

出门骑车购物,逛了几家商店,穿着biking shirt, short, shoes,很多人侧目

本打算周五早上去outlet看看，周四和一帮朋友吃火鸡的时候，被人忽悠着半夜出发。
结果开车一个小时到达outlet的高速出口，最后两个迈不到开了3个小时，郁闷的无以
复加。有那功夫哥都跑去shopping回来了。anyway，最后我们是周四晚上11点出门，凌
晨3点多才开始逛。另外一辆同去的车更惨，一路上跟着我都跟着挺紧，关键时刻落后
了几个车位，结果多堵了2个小时。堵车时唯一的亮点是，大家内急到路边去解决，
后面的车把车头稍微斜过来，high beam打开，照的雪亮。一位大哥解完手还挥手致
谢，一位美国大妞也直接冲到路边开始脱裤子，大家一片尖叫。她结束了之后，另外一
个大妞也想效仿，却在众多大灯的闪耀下有点羞涩，先提上裤子，跑向自己的车，又突
然加速跑回树丛中，迅速脱下裤子蹲了下去。
多年不熬夜，这下算是体会了感恩节。
去nike买了一件防风衣，很轻很薄，亮黄色；买了一件tight上衣；一个headband，一
副手套。tight长裤试了一下，感觉不是很爽，没买。nike的东西都没怎么打折，tight

里，但是耳朵好像还会有。用了3年多了，室内跑treadmill必备，很好！室外的汗一般
很快被风干，没有必要headband,最多带个帽子。

，毛巾质地的全棉的，或者很多棉的不要，因为那种是吸汗，让后就沉甸甸的在脑袋上
。你要的是，moisture wicky的，把汗赶快从脑袋上蒸发掉。跑完，headband是干干的
，或者不咋潮。 |

去年的这个时候，我真的不会想到我居然会喜欢上跑步，更不会想到我会和马拉松有什
么关系。我这菜鸟也来晒晒我的跑步经。
话说去年秋天陪朋友和她想减肥的女儿一起去健身房，结果一测体脂 body Fat，我这
有着被很多过四奔五的姐妹羡慕的标准身材（5'4 / 115)的人, 体脂却是最高的，而且
只是fair，也就是说，我不胖，但只有肥肉，这下可把我郁闷了。立马再次加入会员（
不好意思，这10年进出好几回了），还加入了他们的教练计划。一周三次的训练是从跑
步开始的。这可真让我吐血，央求教练可不可以不跑步，“慢慢来你可以的只要坚持”
。还真的是的哎！三个月后，我的Body Fat降到了Excellent，不再关注磅秤，只关注
镜子了。也不再害怕跑步了。
真正与跑步结缘，还要多谢亚特兰大的范跑队长（mitbbs网名：踢球不止，也是他教我
