PERM this year.
I told him based on current Priority date schedule, he probably needs to
wait for another 4-5 years if his PD date is in Nov 2010. He asked if his
son can apply I-485 with him as dependent a few years' later. His concern is
that his son is already 18 year's old this year...
Do you all know his son has to be younger than 21 to be qualified as
dependant?

Purdue University Chinese Students and Scholar Association (PUCSSA) is calling
for help from Purdue, the Greater Lafayette community and mitbbs to assist
the parents of Lei He, who plan to travel from China to Purdue University.
Lei He, a Purdue Mechanical Engineering graduate student from China, was
allegedly murdered by Danlei Chen, his wife.

先介绍一下He Mu，现年好像21岁，身高186，原国家二队队员，2011年底退出二队来美
。现在 Las Vegas俱乐部打球。
其实他刚来美的第二天，我们就打球了。这次他回凤凰城来，就陪我们打打玩玩。
录了三局。 他基本没杀球，就是平抽挡一挡，防守一下，反手打打。
最大的感受就是 他反手不管是压还是抽过来的球 都很快。刚开始的非常不适应，老是
慢半拍。为了多学习，我还是尽量多回球给他。他在前半场，如果回球过不了他的头顶
，基本就是连续2/3拍给封死了。比Tony同学封他的前半场容易多了。哈哈。

seconds plan. Shot in 10 seconds is easy, catch and shoot. Shot in 20
seconds you need to pass the ball two or three times. It is too hard for

teller a note saying "Gun." The teller thought he was robbing the bank, and
called police.
Very dumb on Gursky's part. And an important piece of fact conveniently left
out by a pro-gun news source so to make it seem that he was arrested for
not knowing open carry laws. And for those who insist open carrying in a
bank is a good idea. I strongly advise you to lead by example. |
