有road hazard就简单了
。新车4000miles出头，钉子大概有1CM左右长。

一起回收，每个箱子上都有序列号。
医院里的waste不光bio hazard waste，连办公纸都要装专门加锁的垃圾箱，有专门的
垃圾车来收，现场粉碎后装车的。
bio hazard, radiative, needle这种混入一般垃圾箱后的EPA罚款是很可观的，比如你
要把teflon的工作服扔到普通垃圾箱被recycle发现了，罚款至少5万刀。
所以医院的大型垃圾箱就是一般的垃圾箱。 |

网上查了查，因为装的是Pirelli 的run flat tire, Pirelli对RFT有road hazard
warranty,只要车在刚买的一年内，因为road hazard 如果不能补的话，可以免费更换
轮胎。
有没有兄弟 claim过这个warranty
在P家网上看到的是要去Pirelli的dealer去claim，而不是去BMWdealer |

B） DTD挑个不错又有deal的轮胎，350免税 after rebate + 安装费（多花20块钱左右
就终身免费rotation/balance）。不含road hazard，自己花几块钱买至少用5次的
patch kit，路上就自己补好了。tireack上，后者比Costco有更好的review

轮胎有tread wear warranty，但是不包括爆胎扎钉子这类问题，这类问题需要hazard
warranty保。Costco的好处是，你买轮胎自动送你hazard warranty。其他店都是要花
钱买的。另外costco的bridgestone和米其林轮流有买四个0ff70折扣，算下来每个轮胎
可以省下25. 他家不好的地方是没有很便宜的轮胎，都是中档以上。但是相同型号轮胎
没有别家比他们更便宜了。 |

问题是costco听说这俩服务没法预约，考虑到costco人满为患，这俩服务到底能不能用

意窟窿的部分。如果对方故意出轨一次，你原谅了他。那他下次再犯之前，也会想“嗯
，上次老婆原谅我了，这次也会原谅的”，这就叫moral hazard。
这么大的人了，明知出轨是错的事还去做，就是因为有moral hazard给他惯的。这不像
不懂事的孩子，孩子犯了点错误不能打死，得教育到他懂事为止。成年人还明知故犯这
样大的错误，就必须永绝后患。
当然每个人对事物的权重不同，肯定有人觉得无论如何都要维持住婚姻是比较重要的事
情，同时肯定也有部分有自立生活能力的女性不愿意眼里揉沙子。反正希望各家都以自

先是去QCOM candidate caring center。这里会见到HR，然后问些何时毕业，VISA的问
题。还会告诉你如何打车在不同building之间走。不爽的是HR会在这里问SALARY
expectation，我说expect market price，a competitive number blabla。
HR非要问what it means? 我没办法：you want a number? HR:yes. 我想了5秒：
10w?
HR 脸色一变，开始压价：10w是非常高的数字，这样对其他老员工不公平。
我说这个数字很reasonable啊？HR问你真的不想改了吗？反复问is it a make or a
break? 我最后说9w5。然后说是flexible的，Q的福利好也是优势blabla.
之后HR态度就很冷淡了，问问题也不怎么responsive。
之后是technical面经，有些问题记不起来了

1) LOAN从开发商Prefered Lender company 和银行(比如BOA, Wells Forgo)借有什么
区别?
2) 我看了别人CLOSEING 的LIST. 乱78糟的费用好多. 就比如说这些:
mortgage insurance premium (HUD MIP) $9800
Mortgage Insurance Reserve $380
Hazard Insurance Premium $1300
Hazard Insurance Escrow $230
为嘛又Reservee, 又Escrow的....是必须吗?
如果loan 不超过417K, 是不是可以不收MIP及Reserve 什么的?
3) 到底是Loan<417K 还是>=25% Down payment 是决定Rate 或MIP 的重用因素.
4) H1 买房. 是8是一定要25%比较好.
之所以在这里问这些(特别是后两个问题) |

@@@一般initial的时候都是按15天的利息估的，到closing之前会按照closing date修
改的。一般原则是从closing当天收到下月1日。主要原因是之后一个月不用还钱，第一

会在closing的时候才收。
