in the Olde Oaks subdivision.

this post. Our house was built just 50-60 feet away from the Clow Cemetary.
Yes!! Our worst nightmare actually came true. Not only is the Clow Cemetary
in our backyard (pun) but the land that the houses sit on used to be all
owned by the Clow Family... and still is. Look it up... It's off of Clow
Road and Stuebner. It's an old African-American Cemetary. Pretty freaky.

本来打算做完全面周全的调查之后再做总结的，但是今天本人再也无法按捺住了，于是跑来天涯发帖。这是我第一次上天涯，之前的事件和信息都是通过微博等地转载看到的。至于为何这个时间来发，是因为今天早上醒来(洛杉矶时间2月20日)看到的消息，和自己上周所做调查研究及3天之前的推测一模一样：蓝可儿很可能在在顶层，或者是水箱或者是通风管道中! 果不其然，今天早上我照例看新闻时，看到了洛杉矶警方于昨日在CECIL HOTEL 顶层的水箱中发现了蓝可儿的尸体。

从去年带两岁的嘟嘟第一次去Disney后就想写个带小朋友去那里玩的攻略，一直

不过美国其实满反智的，的确有buyer告过seller没有disclosure haunted，法庭没有
判buyer胜诉，但还是支持buyer 终止合约，取回订金。
贴主问的是否disclosure haunted的问题，其实准备agent考试的听课的时候的确老师
特别提到还让大家讨论，我那时候很不解，觉得这么弱智的问题讨论啥。等到他们对类
似下面的题唉声叹气时并和老师争论觉得正确答案是错的：
“卖房5% commission与买家broker对半分，卖家broker拿剩下50%，最后agent到手
2000，问房子成交价”
我终于明白，有些美国人是有点弱智……
