不合格外国留学生；对外国留学生超国民待遇近乎辱华；……直至南京巴基斯坦留学生
命案，对此案处理可能会在相当程度上决定外国人、而且是享受我们巨额奖学金“买”
来的留学生是否会在中国享受高于中国国民的治外法权。
当是之时，重温我这篇写作、修订历时七年方才于2014年刊发的论文《国际人口流
动对社会治安与国家政治统一的冲击》，回顾我在这篇论文中发出的一系列警示，希望

美国基本上只能做千老，所以前几年很多回去已经把坑占完了，现在都是院长一级中层
领导，所以就算校长想把学校搞好，搞很多美国博士，院长也会阳奉阴违。你是常青藤
博士，发Nature, Science, 来了我们怎么办。 中科院也一样，百人计划明文规定博士
毕业以后4年海外工作经验，就是为中科院土博量身定做的政策(哈佛MIT招AP也只要求

被科学给拒了？
丁洪这篇2月16日提交科学，Hasan的2月15日提交科学，这不可能是巧合吧。肯定至少
有一方有内线消息。那么既然有内线消息，应该直接投Nature去啊，和另一个组都挤在
Science做什么。
如果双方结果都不太烂，应该这还是很客观的同时独立发现吧。当然这个实验要我说意

她说，丈夫将她按在床上，让她无法动弹，再以双手欲挖她眼睛，还狠狠的咬下她的鼻子其中一小部分。其过程残暴，不忍卒睹。
更令人震惊的是，曼佐儿称，丈夫把5岁的女儿关在房间中，迫其目睹整个过程。而事件发生迄今，女儿都没有开口说话。
