做microarray．

先我们看看有机食品是怎么定义的。 有机食品是指食品生长过程或者加工过程没有使
用人工合成肥料或者杀虫剂。 Farmer们使用自然的东西比如aged manure, humus, and
compost 做为肥料， 或者使用crop rotation and natural insect predators like
lady bugs来控制虫害。 WHO， AAO， 美国的EPA都制定了严格的Guideline来控制种植
，加工， 包装过程已保销售的食品符合有机食品的定义。 美国USDA于2002年十月21日

(另原lz和Suzie农场没啥关系。这个Suzie's Farm的Suzie很特别，大家去参观时就知道名字的来历了。）
今天重新介绍是因为我觉得与其叫参观农场，叫农家乐应该更贴切。因为参观的大部分时间是我们在摘菜--终于圆了我“这边摘菜那边吃”的梦。（我自己家不太适合种菜，结果每次长的菜都寥寥无几，一顿都不够吃。今天我第一次摘菜摘得很开心。另外还学到了其实很多我平时扔掉的花/茎/叶都可以（生）吃的。）
盼望已久，今日终于成行。很挑剔的老大觉得这个比他想象的好玩。老二摘豆角，玩泥沙也是不亦乐乎。不过灰尘还是有点大，不适合太小的孩子。（这个public tour人挺多的，不过十个人以上就可以组织private tour了，大家甚至可以去self-guided tour。）
老美都是拿的那种大的多次使用的购物袋，只有我们拿了个小的塑料袋。我觉得这个大购物袋装的一大包新鲜的有机菜绝对是不只10美元的，而且一般U-pic... 阅读全帖 |
