need to pay your state and city tax.
死捂不放 is good for mutual funds/ETF which you plan to invest in the long
term. probabbly is not good for stock. Early this year, I sold my mutual
funds to harvast long term capital loss to offset my short term capital
gains and income. I bought back simliar mutual funds in the same day.
