UW只给NIH标准的工资，Harvard稍高2000刀；
课题上，UW的方向还是蛮喜欢，老板很重视，但是一个重要的facility需要半年或者1
年才能setup；harvard需要去用别人的仪器；
个人情况：有几篇不错的文章，最终可能还要回国混；
家庭情况：有一个4岁孩子，老婆工作5月初结束，9月份生老二。
去boston有点犹豫，生活压力有点大；去madison吧，生活上压力不是很大，只是对
facility有意见，而且，刚从yale离开，心里有些不爽。
麻烦大家开导一下。

是转租，租金1990，lease明年5月到期，即刻入住。
房子在water town, 离Harvard Square不到3 mile，出门就是71路车站，高峰时每10分
钟一班，平时每20分钟，运行时间很长，大概从5am 到1am,到Harvard Square 红线地
铁站大概是20分钟左右。个人觉得很方便，有一次坐公交还赶过早晨6点多的飞机。
周围环境还行，很安全，走路5-10分钟到oakley country club，10分钟左右到四川小
馆，周末可以吃油条馅饼；最近的grocery是shaws，1mile 左右，也在71路线上。

交通
到MIT步行1.5miles (30min) / 自行车(12min) ，或者坐EasyRide (需有MIT ID，在

到Harvard: 步行 2.3 miles (47min) /自行车 (17min)， 或者坐公交 69路，在

空出的这间卧室较大（20平米左右），通风，采光很好，有书桌、衣橱、衣柜等简单家
具，如果需要可以低价转让。卫生间、厨房与室友共用。
租金$575每月+utility。utility主要是electricity,gas和internet，四人平摊。同住
的三个室友都是Harvard在读PhD，男生，生活简单，规律。

Harvard学区差不多算no.1，最近几年没那么拔尖了，不过也还是很好。后来她机缘巧
合，没买到那里，买到我们这里了。
另外 Harvard public school 也很方便，就两所学校，K-5，6-12，面对面靠在一起，
不像别的很多town，分年级分地区的。 |
