我们因为在附近买房的原因要搬出去，你不用sublet我的租约，和楼管处重新签自己的
租约就是了。
这个地方处于scarsdale和hartsdale的交界处，除了学区好，附近开车5分钟有h-mart,
trader joes等，衣食住行都非常方便。
离hartsdale train station开车三到五分钟，可以用使用居民停车优惠。去纽约市
grand central station 35 分钟。非常适合有家庭在市中心工作的commuter.

发帖数: 5892 | 11 鉴于皮尔区公校教育局在2010-11学年度新开办的全日制幼儿园课程，报读的学童人数远远超过预期，加上教育局获安省教育厅的相关经费拨款严重不足，皮尔区公校教育局的教育委员，已在日前表决通过了有关在2011-12学年度延迟在5间学校开办全日制幼儿园课程的决定。
根据上述决定，如果皮尔区公校教育局在明年1月前尚未接获来自安省教育厅的通知，就开办全日制幼儿园课程提供额外的经费拨款，教局将把以下5间学校开办全日制幼儿园课程的时间，推延至2012-13学年度。
这5间学校分别是：宾顿市的Dorset Drive小学和Terry Fox小学，卡利登市和密西沙加市的Hartsdale Avenue小学、Willow Glen小学和Credit View小学。
皮尔区公校教育局在本周二发表的新闻通告中指出，截至今年9月，报读全日制幼儿园的学童人数多达2,947人，远超教育局原先预计的2,730人，因此教育局不得不在今秋增开10个班级来安置报读全日制幼儿园的学童，从而使开办全日制幼儿园课程的班级总数增至115个。

店，加油站等。房间在底楼，5扇窗户，打开窗帘看到是一片绿色，涓涓小溪，玩耍的
松鼠。非常安静。如果你是女生，我可以把卧室让给你（20平方米的样子），如果你是
男生，可以给你living room 住（25-26平方米）。洗衣房近在咫尺。冬天暖气充足，
夏天阴凉，基本不用空调和电风扇，打开窗户就可以。热水一直都有。
我是在华尔街附近工作的男生，30+，在这里住了5年了，有suv,如果你没有车，在方便
的时候，可以带你一起到法拉盛买菜。我年底起可以会有工作变动，倒时候你可以sign

可以住纽约上州(Westchester),这里去曼哈顿或康州工作都方便.
Scarsdale:这地方房子很贵,很多都是百万以上,3~4房有一些7~90万的,不过没有很多.(
我说的是1960以后的房子,再老的屋子我就不看的,怕维修麻烦),生活机能很好,搭火车
进城半小时多一点.附近的Rye,Ardsley学区也不错,价位稍微低一点.
也可以住长岛.
great neck:价位跟scarsdale差不多,但房子好像又更旧更小一点.附近的Jericho好像
学区也不错,但是一样很贵...
hartsdale:这个是好像不是特别好的学区吧??
也很多住纽泽西,不过有人说那边工业区的关系,水质比较不好,不晓得是真是假... |

近的超市可以去hartsdale的h-mart,要么就去flushing。
stamford local有stop&shop和shop rite，我觉得就挺好的
1300租1bed还不错了，可以去broad st以北找
stamford中国人挺多的，好像中国超市要去hartford的亚东？置顶帖有个康州的中国店
和中国饭店可以参考。 |
