中国没有遵守世贸组织的裁决，在规定的时间内取消对外国版权媒介产品直接分销的限
制，美国政府对此表示失望。业界人士说，中国政府的监管规范过于繁杂，直接助长了
盗版行为，长远来说将损害自身利益。
3月19号是世贸组织要求中国取消有关限制措施的最后时限，但中国至今没有按照规定
，取消对外国公司在中国直接分销电影、音乐、DVD、图书和报纸等版权媒介产品的限
制。
美国政府对此表示失望。贸易代表处发言人哈蒙(Nkenge Harmon)说：“美国政府向中
方表达了关切，正在要求中国立即彻底落实世贸组织的裁决。”
中国2001年入世时承诺三年内取消对音像与出版等版权媒介产品的诸多限制，然而10年
过去了，中国政府却一如既往，依然要求这些产品必须通过中国国营代理商进行分销，
并设置诸多的限制。

面对中国违反入世承诺的做法，美国贸易代表于2007年4月向世贸组织提出了申诉，理

周三，多伦多执照委员会通过一计划，多伦多约5千辆出租车的计价器将被校准，为HST的到来做准备。多伦多执照委员会主席Howard Moscoe称，“我们必须将HST加到出租车计价器中(计价器将跑得快一些)”。
Moscoe称，他们将尽可能地减小对司机们的影响，“但HST确实将给出租车司机带来麻烦(例如找零)——出租车费将上涨8%，所以10元的车费将变成10.8元。”
对多伦多所有出租车计价器进行校准并不贵：需要花费成本的地方是给每一辆出租车贴标语告诉乘客车费将上涨，在Taxi News节目里播放该消息，给校准计价器的工人加加班费;所有成本约2,600元。

如今在中国复活了，且复活的推销目标之一是菲律宾。菲律宾民众知道了，民愤极大、
一些人捣毁了在那里搞的黄金大米试验田。
就此事件，美国纽约时报29日发表署名“AMY-HARMON”的评论《转基因黄金大米引发
的全球论战》，试图为黄金大米做法搞狡辩，说：与抗虫除草的转基因作物不同，黄金
大米是添加维生素-A的转基因品种；亚洲非洲许多人因缺乏维生素-A而患病和死亡，含
有胡萝卜素的转基因黄金大米可解决问题。该评论引用转基因商用学者的话说：“不要
再散布恐惧，我们说的是挽救数百万人生命的问题”云云。

我密只能说是祖上曾经阔过，后半世纪差强人意。强项的地方是体育和学术双修，这样
大多数球员进不了NFL，还可以拿个不错的学位/专业，自谋出路还是不错。
今年的QB Jack Rudock本来想在密歇根医学院继续学医，但是如果能够NFL选上，则只
能推迟几年再说了。
当然，最牛逼的Football球员当属福特总统（虽然是接尼克松辞职上台的）。
另外一个跟中国关系密切的是Tom Harmon，在二战的时候，到中国去打小日本，飞机被
击落。然后被中国老百姓救起，后来结婚时的婚纱是用降落伞布做的（真是九死一生，
