大概情况可能是这样的：
你有一个westell 9100em系列的modem/router 二合一，这个无线似乎是G的，而且比较
suck的事这个路由好像dhcp有问题，用了一段后会导致无地址分配，很讨厌。很烦人的
是这个东西好像还没法接成bridge 模式用自己的路由。
我后来的解决办法是从ebay买了一个actiontec的modem/router二合一，这个
东西是可以接成bridge模式的，不过比较麻烦。如果开始没有release IP的话，需要打
电话给verizon reset 才能用新modem 获取IP. |

end up, 我都搞错了， 我当时就叫那个tech 多连一根线，回到
我以为是 ethernet, 最后其实还是MOCA！ 直接电视coax 接到router/MOCA 然后回转
到POTS
到电话线然后通过那根蓝线到了楼上的center box。。。这种所谓的unkeyed voice
jack 就是为了保证我每个屋都有电话信号， 如果没有是违反code吗？现在我的问题就
是， 如果装了switch, 应该要注意点啥， 线要用CAT6 吗？现在这个小的switch 后面
的PC（09年的电脑不知没有千兆）到HTPC（刚装的应该有1000M的ethernet）传文件只
有10MB/s

A房的RJ45 keystone jack 里面线接有点问题，似乎， Pin1 和pin2 在图示上似乎和
实际有点区别， 而且是按B接的， 我另外一头是按A terminated, 买了新的jack, 到

got message of "mic hardwire muted" message from Google hangout and it
stopped working suddenly. I tried suggestions from the net and nothing
worked so far. Situation summary:
1. tested the mic( stand alone with 3.5mm plug) on other machine and it
works.
2. device manager shows the mic is default and says the device is working
properly. input volume is set at 100%, boost at 20 db. There is no "mute"
option shown though.

几点小心得：
Hardwire用什么Fuse最好还是直接上电笔，比看manual简单多了。11年的Ford Fusion
Radio啊，Acc啊什么的在拔钥匙以后还是通电的，造成结果就是拔钥匙以后PMP不会自
动断电，multi-boot的开关无效。后来拿电笔测出来副驾驶座的load sensor那个fuse
在拔钥匙以后是断电的。如果一上来就用电笔的话，省很多研究Manual和反复插拔Fuse
的麻烦。
09年的Subaru Forester上用了Acc和Stop的Fuse。
我家这两辆车用到都是Mini Fuse，用了ATM add-a-fuse，advanced auto parts买的。
安装很简单，并排两个fuse口，下面的那个接原来的fuse，上面那个接hard wiring用
到fuse。考虑到行车记录仪的用电不是很大（小于1AMP），上面的fuse用了能找到的
mini fuse里最小的5AMP，这样不至于overload整个fuse组。
两辆车的地线连接都费了点周折。主要是PMP的地线太短，很多现成的螺帽都太远。最
