关于路线我就不说什么了。如果参加有新手的话，将在ski hut的大坡前花30~40分钟练
习冰爪、冰镐、以及坐滑的技巧。
如果到周末不再下雪的话，周六时的积雪沉积、板结，正好适合冰爪、冰镐。如果走大
坡的话，雪鞋可能用不上。
体力要求：
曾经过12英里，4000英尺爬升以上的路线。
器材要求：
冰爪、冰镐，头盔，头灯，登山杖，冬季登山鞋或mountaineer boots,hardshell,防水
裤，手套，goggle或墨镜，baselayer, fleece。
食物以高糖、高能量为好，一升Gatorade.
集合时间：7：30am

划的。 不下雨／雪的时候最便宜的Kenda也没flat，一下雨雪，啥都不行。近两年的12

不过上周六早上确实是我经历过的少有的冷，我还算是有备而来，outdoor的羽绒服+
hardshell, 抓绒裤，抓绒帽，抓绒围巾，羊毛袜+GTX boots
看似阳光明媚，但在冰面上jigging站久一会，脚趾都冻得发疼。开始时鱼情比较slow
，我更是有点动摇都想回去算了。但我这个icefishing新手今年手气不错，还没有空军
过，哪能临阵退缩呢，何况篮球热情高涨（冷了他就去钻洞），还算是坚持了下来。
一直以为我还算是比较抗冷的人，但和篮球比才明白“冷中更有冷中手”，嘿嘿 |

Remove Windproof Headband and use toque or Fleece toque
Rain/sunhat – toque is ok and hood of jacket is your backup
fleece vest
down Jacket
expedition base layer or use it over lightweight base layer for extra warmth.
Long Johns should be expedition quality
waterproof gloves
Take another pair of “glove” liners and use inside “shell Mitts” and take 1
extra pair of fleece Mitts or wool Mitts

滑雪这项运动涉及到的装备和logistics比较多，learning curve相对其他运动也比较陡
，所以新手不是那么容易上手。如果有经验的人能普及一些基本的知识会容易很多。
* 分类
从场地分，主要有三种:
In-bound (滑雪场)
Crosscountry (地势起伏不大的野外)
Backcountry (地势起伏较大的山)
从器械分，至少有以下几种：
Downhill ski
AT ski
Snowboard
Splitboard
Telemark ski
XC ski
Downhill ski/snowboard主要在雪场内滑，AT/Telemark/Splitboard都是backcountry。

1. How much are the rental for crampons, boots, ice axe ? For the helmet,
should I use snowboard helmet or rockclimbing helmet?
2. Could you recommend for a typical pairs of typical boots, crampons and
ice axe that suit for this event?

you to go heavier on high wear areas.
Btw:Regular Detergent takes over 100 washes to get out it is the absolute
worst thing you can do to your Jacket.
Wash in either
Nikwax Tech Wash
Grangers G-Wash
Or any NON Detergent Soap I think Zero may still qualify. |

I re-treat it about 1 every 2 months.
Just cleaning it and throwing it in the dryer on med heat for 30 min. will
dial it back in.
Gore needs to be clean to perform salt from sweat and dirt from the roads
are bad for Gore-tex. |
