zone compatible的，结果当年出现了罕见的冷冬，我的fuyu就变成incompatible了，
当年就被die back，去年本是个暖冬，还是die back。我本来有棵涩柿子，我去年在那
棵涩柿子动刀动得很成功，就决定改造那个老是die back的fuyu。在我研究hardy的柿
子种发现了几种比较hardy的柿子，涩柿子比不涩的柿子耐寒的品种多，不涩的亚洲柿
子种ichi-ki-kei-jiro是最hardy的，一般的jiro在我这里也没问题，matasumoto wase
有的nursery说可以hardy到六区，saijo是很 hardy的涩柿子，但成熟后味道不错，中
国的涩柿子像sheng，great wall都是非常hardy，据说宾州可以结柿子。另外两种和美
国柿子杂交耐寒品种Nikita's gift 和Rosseyanka，当然这两种都是涩柿子。
我妈妈知道如何给柿子去涩，好像泡在温水里过夜，第二天就可以食用，外皮虽然是青

本来我认为hardy会一直等下去的，因为那里有一个wait()，但是，结果没有。
但如果我把wait函数synchronized到另外一个对象上，比如那个locker，然后用locker.wait()来等待，则hardy会一直等下去。

siding通常是不用漆的，这家不仅漆了，而且很奇怪有两种不同颜色。Inspector怀疑
有部分siding出过问题，但不确定什么问题，也许进过水，所以换了部分siding。他让
我们去问owner。结果owner说他们买来时就这样。Inspector又建议我们找制造商的
representative来看看这个房子的hardie board siding是不是正确的install了。他怀
疑installation不正确。我们找了一圈也没找到这样的representative。再问
inspector,他建议问seller要builder的contact,让我们打电话问builder当年做完
siding后有没有让制造商查过installation。这种siding有50年的保期，但如果

新的房子应该有比較防潮的內部结构。比如用复合泡沫保温板代替木屑板做內墙材料。
这类材料不怕潮，不怕虫。如果是旧房，那就是后装的hardie，就要多留意一下了。可
以从內墙上开口检查，（见过別人这么查，不是专业人员） 內墙修补比較容易，也容
